The moment we met Saundra, we knew we had to use her, as our wedding officiant! She was professional, friendly, helpful, organized, punctual, and well-spoken. What stood out the most about Saundra, though, was her wonderful personality! Interacting with her was so natural! It almost felt like we were working with a member of our family! Saundra literally went above and beyond for us! Before our big day, she met with us several times to make sure she had a clear understanding of what we wanted for our ceremony. She would also frequently check-in with us, via text and email, to see if we needed any help with our vows, offer advice, and give us helpful suggestions to help us personalize our ceremony and make it special. On the day of our wedding, Saundra showed up early to make sure everything ran smoothly. Holding a ceremony in front of 200 people was quite intimidating, but Saundra was there to guide us (and the members of our wedding party) through every step of the way and really put us at ease. She made sure that everything went off with out a hitch and one week later, our guests are still telling us how much they loved our ceremony! It was literally everything we could have hoped for and we could not have done it without her!!!

We were looking for a "day of" coordinator for our wedding...so I started looking on Thumbtack for help. After reading reviews on Michael and his profile, we met up at a local coffee shop to talk about what our needs were and if he could do it. I had a great feeling about him right then...I even showed him our card table ideas and wedding favors, and he gave me better ideas of how to set them up (talk about "thinking outside the box!"). Up until the BIG day, he kept in touch, asked how things were going and if I needed any help....I so much appreciated these messages being the nervous bride! The day of, he was punctual, was able to get through a "check list" I made him regarding set up and timing...and, most importantly, he kept me calm! If any "hiccup" came up, he fixed it in an instant! I truly believe our wedding ran smoothly and on time, thanks to Michael! I would definitely hire him again for any party planning/coordinating needs...or even floral needs (he is a great florist, too!) Thank you so much, Michael! I don't know what I would have done without you!
I wish I could give her a million stars. From her original quote to her sweet and thoughtful follow-up email the day after my wedding, I was never disappointed by the professionalism and service provided by Alisa and her colleague. She worked catering into our already tight budget, corresponded with me (your typical type A personality) about small details and ever changing menu ideas/headcount, and was prompt, professional, and wonderful! The food was OUTSTANDING. She created 4 different pasta dishes, two excellent salads, veggies, and wonderful garlic bread. She and her colleague rinsed off all of our rented tableware, put them back into their crates, and even cleaned up after guests long after dinner was done! I could not have been happier with the quality and quantity of the food prepared and received several wonderful comments from my guests about the choice of food and caterer. Alisa and her colleague mingled with our guests, made themselves available when needed, and were very self-sufficient, which is a great thing to have on the day of a wedding! They even prepared a small treat for breakfast the next day. All in all, I would hire them again in a heartbeat and would advise you all to do the same if her quote comes your way. "Passionate" about food and service is what Alisa stands for and I couldn't ask for better for my wedding.
Tiffany is the most amazing wedding coordinator!! Tiffany was the day of coordinator for our wedding of about 150 guests on January 23. 2016. From our first meeting I loved her! I planned our wedding with the help of my mom and best friend but did not know how to organize the details and the importance of a timeline. Tiffany changed all of that and helped ensure that our wedding was streamlined so that it flowed and had order. Tiffany also took charge of contacting my vendors and keeping them informed of plan changes, venue information and their expected time of arrival. She also, helped decorate our reception with all of our table linens, favors, diy flowers, candles, our cake table and kid's room. She is AMAZING! We loved our wedding and Tiffany was a major part of our enjoyment. If you are looking for a dependable, professional, bride's best wedding friend, Tiffany is the go to person. Thanks you SO much Tiffany for all of your hard work, David and I absolutely loved our wedding!
Anna Marie was the day-of coordinator for our Wedding last Saturday in Indian Wells. I cannot say enough positive things about Anna Marie. She was extremely pleasant to deal with and had a wealth of knowledge regarding weddings. She helped with absolutely everything and was beyond efficient. Matt was amazing as our day of wedding coordinator! He was very easy to work with and was attentive to our vision. Even when we thought things would be difficult to accomplish - he was able to do it without ease. He never made us feel as if our plan wasn't going to work out! Actually I didn't meet the LadyMarry coordinator and florist, until the rehearsal day, because I was planning my wedding remotely in New York. They are very responsive and patient to my endless questions, and did a great job about organizing the rehearsal and communicating with the other vendors. I always saw Melissa and Donna running around. Hiring you was the best decision I made for my wedding. Thank you!
Laurel helped me plan an amazing 30th Birthday Brunch. She was thoughtful with the menu and the food was fresh and seasonal, just as we discussed. There were roughly ~20 in attendance and her team made me feel like a guest at my own party. Will definitely use her again.

Recently attended a rehearsal dinner for a wedding. The rehearsal dinner was as big as the wedding and went off without a hitch. Great food, professional staff, beautiful tables and buffet added up to a PERFECT event.
It was a pleasure working with Courtney,very professional and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. She did an amazing job being our coordinator for the month and day of our wedding, we were on time and everything went smooth on our wedding day, couldn't have done it without her!
Heidi and Ashton were the perfect day-of wedding coordinators. When we arrived at the site on our wedding day, everything was beautifully set up as if by magic. Gracefully and unobtrusively, they made everything happen. They arranged flowers, set up the wedding altar, wrangled vendors, and guided guests through the day’s various phases (ceremony, reception, toasts). They even served us cake and champagne. Our guests remarked on how “effortless” the wedding seemed; this is largely due to Birminkeley’s hard work! Birminkeley also helped plan our wedding. They visited the venue with us and talked us through everything from where to seat the guests to how many tablecloths to order. Later, they helped us search for wedding vendors. Despite our tight timeline (~2 months), they found us a wonderful photographer, rental company, and makeup artist. They were persistent and tenacious in making sure the vendors would adhere to our venue’s strict requirements. In addition to being very capable, flexible, and affordable, Heidi and Ashton are very pleasant to work with. Their calmness and perseverance helped us get through a very stressful time!
Christa handled everything I asked her to the day of my wedding. There were many complexities and moving parts because I had a reception and an after party. Christa handled both amazingly well. We met a few times before and spoke on the phone throughout my engagement. I was in great hands with Christa. She had many ideas and helped make my reception beautiful!
I am thrilled to write this long overdue review of Exquisite Weddings & Events! Jill and her team were a pleasure to work with. Jill was extremely organized, honest, showed great attention to detail, and was very helpful thru the entire planning process. In addition, she has amazing relationships with all these wonderful vendors who I completely am happy she recommended them to me. It says a lot when, on such a big day as your wedding, you can put your trust in someone to make everything happen. Our wedding was beautiful & we had a phenomenal time. Nothing would have come together so seamlessly if it weren’t for Jill and her team. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for wedding help!
Marissa planned my entire wedding in May of 2015. From wedding invitations, to center pieces, to the our planning meetings, Marissa always came prepared as well as ready to take on the next "idea" I had. She kept me clam, relaxed and truthfully I enjoyed the whole process and I owe that to her. Marissa's work ethic far exceeded my expectations for an event planner. With her commitment and organization she nailed every detail for my wedding. Lastly, my venue had a few problems the day before and day of my wedding, but I never knew about them, or was troubled/stressed by them for Marissa took on the challenges and had them solved even before I knew what happened. I have recommended Marissa to several of my friends and family members for she really puts the JOY in the event you're planning.
I could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator than Alanah to help make our day perfect. I hired Alanah super last minute (2 months before our wedding) after our original coordinate left the company we were working with and from the minute we hired her she helped to keep me calm during a stressful time. She had great suggestions during planning and helped us to find a new DJ (who was also fantastic and not ridiculously priced) on 2 weeks notice after our original DJ canceled. On the day of she got everyone doing exactly what they needed to be doing without ever coming across pushy or rude. I highly recommend you hire Alanah for your wedding, I know my day could not have been as perfect without her!
DJ Danny J was the DJ at our wedding. He was excellent! He played a variety of different music that incorporated oldies, goodies, and current hits! Everyone of all ages ans stages were able to get up, dance, and enjoy the music. Danny made a point to subtly check in with us (bride & groom) at appropriate times to see what we wanted to hear or do next - we really appreciated that because it helped us keep the wedding day unique to US!! DJ Danny also brought the photo booth which was such a hit. Finally, not only was DJ Danny J's music amazing, but he was a fabulous MC. He has a way of getting people captivated and involved. We love DJ Danny J!!
Danny's floral arrangements are beautiful and thoughtful composites plucked out of fairy tale imagery. I was a bride who hired Danny for my wedding flowers. Originally, I just wanted fresh flowers, some roses, something simple and pretty. However, for the centerpieces, I requested a special set-up with Moroccan lanterns, rustic wood slabs, and flowers spilling out the lanterns flanked by oranges (a Chinese symbol for fortune). In addition, I noted that our wedding colors were pink, blue, cream and gold. Danny was extremely open, flexible, and considerate in listening to my and my husband's vision. In addition, there were a few last minute changes such as: number of reception tables, changing my bouquet to a cascade bouquet, and adding more corsages and boutonnieres to the order. Danny was always very patient and graciously said that he'll do everything he could to make my wedding a dream come true. On the day of my wedding, I walked into my bridal changing room and saw the most gorgeous bouquet I'd ever seen. Blush roses, blue orchis, delicate violet flowers, and eucalyptus coins tumbled majestically in a floral waterfall - wild and natural, yet together making a disciplined formation. Later, I walked down the aisle and saw my beloved standing in front of a gazebo that was swathed in white chiffon and vibrant florals, also Danny's work. An hour and a half later, when we entered the reception room, I was met with the magnificence of our sweetheart table. Being a practical person, I had just discussed with Danny that we'd have a simple sweetheart table with my bridal bouquet as a centerpiece. What met my eyes was a golden tablecloth filled with rosette swirls. Across it were crystal goblets, Moroccan lanterns juxtaposed with oranges and golden frames containing my husband's and my pictures and standing atop tomes and wooden slabs. In that moment, my simple self became suddenly enraptured by a desire for lovely things, and in my transformation, decided that I must preserve my bridal bouquet. Danny indeed works magic.
Mustafa is the most talented event producer in San Francisco, period. His network of artists, creatives and performers are unmatched. To produce a truly hip event, you need to work with someone who has access to underground scenes where art and culture are born. Mustafa brings this. I've worked with lots of event companies. The rest are simply bland vendor coordinators. Mustafa is a visionary. But he's a visionary who can actually execute the dream—on schedule, on budget, with no drama the day-of. I can't recommend him highly enough.
