"We used Chef Chet’s personal chef services when we visited the San Francisco area recently. We wanted to be pampered and having a chef was part of it. Chet offered amazing menu items but we kept our selections very homey. Little did we know that even “homey” type of selections would come with a twist of ingredients that made you dance in your chair and wiggle with each bite.
Chet serviced us for for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. He made himself available the entire 4 days to care for every single one of our needs as it related to our meals. On top of that the food was just incredibly, tantalizingly delicious. He entertained our palates with flavors we haven’t experienced yet. For instance, his Eggs Benedict was the best I have ever had in my life! The bacon and sausage was so flavorful and perfectly cooked! He made homemade lemon/ricotta/poppy seed cookies for us that melted in our mouths, his chocolate cake was divine. We had a mix of Southern California and Deep South barbecue dinner one of the nights and his potato salad and baked beans were out of this world! Our first night included a drop off meal of lasagna and salad since we got in late. I was expecting something that was just alright but this darn lasagna and salad were crazy delicious! The portions were also generous.
Chet gave us full blown table service which was not required but he did it whenever it seemed appropriate, such as if we were all engaged in belly laughing joyful conversation at the dining table, and interrupting us to tell us that the food was ready would interrupt our flow. This is a Chef who enjoys his craft and it shows in his food and how he treats his clients.
Will I use Chef Chet again? A resounding YES! I would fly this man out in a heartbeat to service my needs. He is a class act and at the end of your event you’ll feel like family.
