Connor Foxx from pulse is a phenomenal tech. He arrived on time, and wanted to know what my concerns were in regards to the HVAC and Dryer Vent. I told him I wanted to do a solid for the new home owners and have the yearly maintenance done on both. He went straight to work. He even provided images of the interior HVAC as proof of current standing condition. When he worked on the dryer vent, he even reset and tightened the hose. The quality of work, professionalism and competitive prices with pulse are amazing. I also wanted to include Yvette, she was the receptionist that took my request for appointment and managed to fit me in with less than a 24 hour window.

Great AC and Furnace installation Experience by National FixIt! Drew installed two new AC and Furnace units quickly and efficiently. He and his crew were very professional and explained everything clearly throughout the process. We had the estimate on Saturday and our system was up and running on Tuesday. Reza was fantastic to work with. Another HVAC company told us our refridgerant was low, that we had a leak, and that the A/C needed to be replaced. I had several companies come bid on the job, but Reza was the only technician that took the time to inspect and test the system to see if it really needed replacement. In the end, Reza saved us more than $5,000 because we didn't need to replace our 5 ton A/C system. Reza found that the refridgerant was low, but performed pressure tests on the lines and inspected several locations looking for a leak. He could not find any signs of a leak and he suggested that some refridgerant may have been lost during a prior repair so maybe it was worth a try to add more refridgerant. He came back a week later to follow up and found the refridgerant levels had held steady, so no leak and no need to replace the system. Reza was the most honest HVAC technicians I have worked with, and I would absolutely call him again!

After so many bad experiences with HVAC "experts" it was a pleasant surprise to meet someone with the knowledge and integrity of Four Seasons Heating and Air. During the 4th of July holiday weekend, Skyler showed up, diagnosed our AC unit and explained what was wrong and what our options were. He got our unit up and running within a couple of hours. Nate, the owner of the company and his colleague Sam, HVAC technician worked tirelessly to fix our AC unit today. I will not hire again. Yuri was dishonest. He was hired to diagnose the AC Condenser issue. Not only he lied about the compressor being bad, he tried very hard to sell a used Condenser unit for the price of close to a brand new unit. He also charged additional for paying with credit card. I hired another HVAC company after he left, and the first thing they tested was the compressor. Compressor is still good. We ended up replacing the fan only. So glad to get a second opinion.

I can’t recommend these guys enough. I was having an issue with a house I had recently purchased where the heat and air conditioning weren’t reaching the areas at the far ends on my house. I reached out to them hoping they could help me identify the problem and fix it. They were super punctual, arrived at the time we had agreed. They did a site walk of the house with me and not only did they explain to me what my solutions were, but they took the time to explain to me what was actually causing my problem. They went over different solutions and their anticipated prices. Once I chose one, I messaged them back they came back the next week and promptly fixed the problem. 10/10 experience and will be messaging them for all my future HVAC needs.
