Connor Foxx from pulse is a phenomenal tech. He arrived on time, and wanted to know what my concerns were in regards to the HVAC and Dryer Vent. I told him I wanted to do a solid for the new home owners and have the yearly maintenance done on both. He went straight to work. He even provided images of the interior HVAC as proof of current standing condition. When he worked on the dryer vent, he even reset and tightened the hose. The quality of work, professionalism and competitive prices with pulse are amazing. Reza was fantastic to work with. Another HVAC company told us our refridgerant was low, that we had a leak, and that the A/C needed to be replaced. I had several companies come bid on the job, but Reza was the only technician that took the time to inspect and test the system to see if it really needed replacement. In the end, Reza saved us more than $5,000 because we didn't need to replace our 5 ton A/C system. Reza found that the refridgerant was low, but performed pressure tests on the lines and inspected several locations looking for a leak. He could not find any signs of a leak and he suggested that some refridgerant may have been lost during a prior repair so maybe it was worth a try to add more refridgerant. He came back a week later to follow up and found the refridgerant levels had held steady, so no leak and no need to replace the system. Reza was the most honest HVAC technicians I have worked with, and I would absolutely call him again!

I will not hire again. Yuri was dishonest. He was hired to diagnose the AC Condenser issue. Not only he lied about the compressor being bad, he tried very hard to sell a used Condenser unit for the price of close to a brand new unit. He also charged additional for paying with credit card. I hired another HVAC company after he left, and the first thing they tested was the compressor. Compressor is still good. We ended up replacing the fan only. So glad to get a second opinion.

I can’t recommend these guys enough. I was having an issue with a house I had recently purchased where the heat and air conditioning weren’t reaching the areas at the far ends on my house.
