I don’t even know where to begin. I’ve tried personal trainers in the past and seemed to get 0 results. The workouts were boring and I dreaded working out. He spent a good amount of time on the phone trying to feel out my goals. Within the week he was able to fit me in for a consultation. He was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Mind you this was only the initial meeting. His workouts are fun and inspiring. He keeps you engaged and pushes you. He makes you feel good about yourself when working out. I’ve never really loved working out, but now I find myself in the gym almost every day. He also is there to help outside of just the normal workout sessions which is what I think is really great. He’s hands down the best trainer I’ve trained with. I’ve already began hitting my goals in the short time I’ve workout with him. I’d recommend him to anyone!!
