My family and I travelled to Orlando for a Christmas vacation. Chef Maurice came each day for a week and catered to a family of 13 which included 7 adults and 6 children, age 3 to 14. He was able to prepare meals to accommodate finicky children to hungry adults. He was able to meet the demands of our daily changing schedule. Not only was he flexible, he easily meshed with the personalities of our family. This could not have been easy since we were in and out of the kitchen. The food was terrific. Breakfast was made to order as everyone tumbled out of bed to the smell of coffee and the menu of the day. Although I was offered to create a menu with the chef, I chose to tell him our likes and dislikes. Everyday was a wonderful surprise. Everything from steak dinners, grilled meats to wraps. I personally loved the meatballs. Chef Maurice created desserts, including a special birthday cake for us. The spread of appetizers for New Years Eve was spectacular! This was my 1st experience having a personal chef. His expertise, professionalism and service were outstanding. Without a doubt, he enhanced our vacation with his gourmet food. I would highly recommend his company.
Chef Damian is an amazing chef. Not only was his food amazing, the amount of professionalism really creates a difference. From the food display to the mannerisms of him and his staff, we felt like we were treated like royalty the entire time. I highly recommend Chef Damian!

We had a family dinner for 12 people in our seconde home in Orlando, we choose gourmet crêpes and it was an amazing dinning experience! Made by the french chef Jean! He was so frendly and professional as a real restaurant! The food was so tasty and refined! I tried many french restaurant in Montreal, but not like the chef Jean touch! He made us an assortments of his glazed salmon and crusted Parmesan chicken breast I was speechless! For the appetizer we choose the bacon salad it was really good and the portion was enough, and for the desert we couldn't believe the surprise of the chef! We asked for a strawberry cake who was unbelievable, and he made some french crepes!!! Stuffed with different fruits! Like bananas strawberrys caramel and Suzette crepes with candied oranges! I highly recommend gourmet crepes! And I will choose chef Jean for my next events!! Thanks chef JEAN!!
Chef Libby made three delicious entrees for us. They were for my mom and she has a selective taste now. She is looking forward to dinner every night. They are perfect to take out and use. She came in -cooked and cleaned up and packaged the dinners in freezable containers with instructions. Can't get any easier than this!
We hired Chef Katie to prepare 5 meals a week for our family right after we had our third baby. Chef Katie and I spoke prior to the baby arriving to discuss our families likes and dislikes and she devised a healthy and delicious weekly meal plan. My husband, who is my pickiest eater, loved the variety of meals. Chef Katie prepared seafood, Mexican, Asian and comfort foods. I loved that we were able to taper the meals to be healthy and nutritious for our children on top of being delicious and super easy to prepare. Most meals just needed to be heated or quickly cooked. Chef Katie went above and beyond cleaning up after cooking in our home. She was always on time, very sweet and kind when in our home. I would not hesitate to hire Chef Katie again and plan to in the future! She really did help me keep my sanity during those first weeks home with a newborn and twin toddlers. I am very grateful for her services & the time it gave me to spend with my family & our new baby.
The experience with Chef Derek E was nothing short of excellent. To begin with, I simply told him I just wanted to do better at meal prepping at eating better meals, but he did that and so much more. Not only did I add more than 10 healthy meals to my menu, but he showed me how to shop for food while spending less money, how to clean and cut fruits and vegetables, and how to save time and money storing food. Chef Derek came in and did a total analysis of my kitchen and was very tactful informing me of ways to abandon old habits and develop new processes. I consider myself a novice in the kitchen anyway, but after this experience, I am much more confident and something like an expert. LOL. Another great thing was there is much more space in my refrigerator and freezer. Lastly, he help organize my spices and the way I utilize dishes and food storage items. Without a doubt, a great investment to save you hundreds and possibly thousands annually.
