Houston was simply amazing! He answered my inquiry almost immediately, was able to give me a time slot within a couple of days, and quoted a reasonable price. He arrived on time and was able to diagnose my kitchen leak problem immediately. After fixing that he installed a new sink and faucet, fixed 2 leaking toilets and installed a bathroom light fixture. I highly recommend Houston’s services and will definitely be calling him again!

I had previously a bad experience with a contractor from Thumbtack and was nervous about hiring another person from the platform, but Andrew was great! He helped remove and replace a bathroom sink faucet for me. I’d tried to do it myself, but the faucet had corroded so badly that Andrew had to saw it out of the sink.
He responded quickly to my initial request, gave a really fair price, installed the new fixture well and was a pleasure to chat with - he also helped explain to me some plumbing things as he was fixing it which was nice. I had the faucet already but the supply valves I had didn’t match so he gave me guidance on what to get so I could finish the job myself later. He guarantees his work for a year after service which was really nice.
All in all, really pleased and trust restored - would hire again for other plumbing/electrical work!
