My experience with Gotta Have It was exceptional from beginning to end. Chef Marra gave me exactly what I asked for, which was Panamanian cuisine. The food was great and my guests were impressed. The staff provided for service were professional and on point. Chef Marra worked with me on every level during this process. I would definitely work with this catering company again and I also recommend them to anyone.

Nikki is an excellent chef - food was delicious. She was on time and was very personable! The young men she brought with her were so nice! I had asked for her to prepare extra homemade croutons for me to have the next day and though she said of course I suspect in the haste to leave she forgot them. ( By the way they were great!) The only comment I would make in using a chef versus my regular caterers is that Nikki and her team planned to leave while we were eating dessert. In doing so I would have been left to clean all those dishes ( 10 seated guests) and wine glasses myself. She said that was the way she always did things. None of my caterers have ever done that -- that is part of what you are paying for ($700+) to enjoy your evening and have no work to do ! Just being hostess is enough getting the house and flowers and table set! Nikki knew we had 50 people arriving post dinner for an after party and needed the dinner dishes all pulled and cleaned - was very disappointed that we had to discuss that at the last minute! I had hired a separate bartender for the glasses to be taken care at the post party. I expected her to not do any of those dishes. I did ask her to place trays of desserts I had prepared on the "cleaned off" dining table when they finished. ( I paid them a handsome tip for doing this) Also - I have never had a caterer use the dishwasher for my dishes - I have always found them hand washed and stacked in kitchen. Nikki's team loaded my dishwashers (2) with the hand painted china and sterling flatware. I should have explained that is not done - my mistake, I just haven't had to before. She is an EXCELLENT CHEF! Services are not as "easy" on the host and her familiarity with things like the china and silver should be discussed before hand. Be very specific about every detail on how you see the evening going - write it up so you both know. We had Sea Bass and It Was Amazing!

Marcus and Devon did a fantastic job. We had a post game hot meal. The game was delayed due to weather so the meal was served 90 minutes later than expected. It was all still fresh and delicious. I highly recommend Pas de Deux. Talented chefs and service with a smile.

I hired PCF Creations for two 1-month periods to prepare Whole30 compliant meals for my wife and me. Chef Josue came like clockwork every Monday to prepare meals for the entire week. He was very clean, friendly, and gentle. His cooking is precise; flavors are gently pronounced and create harmony with subtones and nuances. I am pretty good in the kitchen myself so I needed this execution to be impressive, despite the somewhat limited ingredients allowed (again, whole30 program, which we also narrowed down a lot based on our likings). Chef Josue was very clean and fast. He also made the grocery shopping for us in a very effective way. I would recommend his services to anyone looking to improve diet or simply for a celebration meal. Very happy.

    Chef Sha’keis prepared a 4 course meal for my line sisters and I a few weeks ago. Can I just say we wish we could go back and do it all over. Lol.     I have an annual Luau at my home that approximately 80 - 100 people attend. This year at the last minute I decided to get servers and Fitlandfood responded quickly and committed to my request.     I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Chef Toni. I recently travelled to Georgia (by way of the West Coast) to visit some girlfriends. As a special treat to ourselves, we decided to have Chef Toni come and cook us dinner. We were referred to her by a friend who she had just taught a cooking class to the week before, and boy are we glad we were! Let me just say that Toni’s warmth and talent are truly unmatched. We had asked for a chicken dish as a main course, and were open to her suggestion. Upon further discussion, Toni created a wonderful three course menu for us. The main course being Chicken Francese! Toni proposed a fresh Caprese salad to start, which was followed by our main dish, the Chicken Francese! This lemony dish was served over a bed of quinoa and brown rice, and let’s just say ... I licked my plate clean. To finish, was a Georgia staple .. Peach Pie!! I love that she tied in a southern element to the menu (as I’m not as lucky to have such delicious peaches over in California)! I wish I had gotten a photo of the pie, but admittedly, we started digging right in the second the pie was cooled 😳. From start to finish, we were not only salivating over the sensational smells that we’re coming from the kitchen, but smiling from ear to ear at Toni’s humor, heart, and most of all her undeniable talent. My only regret is that I don’t live closer so I could have the treat that is Chef Toni all the time!! However, I can now look forward to our new tradition, dinner by Chef Toni. I’m already planning my next trip back!!

    We had Taqueria cater a corporate lunch and it was excellent. Everything was perfectly prepared, astonishingly affordable, and they are some of the nicest people to work with. The food was so good that I know of at least one person that ordered dinner from them to take home to her family.
