I hired Jazmin a week before my wedding to be my day-of coordinator when I was stressed and panicked about my wedding coming up. She did everything she could to help me including meeting me at my hotel and going over things to help me feel more comfortable and we came up with a schedule. On my actual wedding day she came early and immediately started running around making sure everything was in order before I walked down the aisle. For the rest of the night she continued to make sure things were running smoothly so I could live in the moment and enjoy my wedding! I would recommend SOE for all of your needs! And Rick is so caring and fabulous as well. Thank you!!
Hiring Shannon as our day of coordinator was quite possibly one of the best choices we made in planning our very DIY wedding. She is an incredibly professional and organized coordinator who went out of her way to make our day an absolute dream. She was so responsive during the planning process and helped us to think about details of our wedding we hadn't even considered. On the day of, she made our vision look easy. She made sure that everything went perfectly smooth and we did not have to worry about a thing. Even when we ran into a few small hiccups, like not having flower petals for the aisle delivered or running out of tables, she made it all work in such a way that we (and our guests) would never have known anything was missing. Shannon is incredible and worked so hard, but made the whole thing look effortless. She's a dream to work with and that's who you need on your wedding day.
We hired Standing Ovation for our wedding reception, and it was the best choice we could'v made. My husband and I put off hiring a DJ because we were afraid of the cost, and entertained the idea of creating our own mix, but we sigh with relief every-time we reflect on the perfect organization, professionalism, and fun that was provided from Standing Ovation. Our DJ was the best. He helped us enjoy our wedding day more than we could'v imagined, especially if we had to worry about the music. The timing and music was perfect for some great memories . I really admire this company for coming through even though we were so indecisive. Going with this DJ company made our day!

We hired Heidi as a day of wedding coordinator and it felt like we hired a full-time coordinator. From the beginning she was always willing to give advice and direction. When my wife and I were unsure of the best approach we called on Heidi to help us decide. When it came down to the weeks before our wedding she was in constant contact always willing to take on a project when we realized we were stretched to thin. On the day of the wedding she was onsite at 8am working with her crew to get things ready for our 6pm wedding. She did an amazing job coordinating with all of the other vendors. Throughout our event she executed our schedule with grace and when the unforeseen arose she had a solution immediately. We are so grateful to Heidi for making our wedding a magical event. You wont find a better coordinator.
C2Detail Events - Charlene served as the day off person for our wedding. The package my now husband and I purchased included - active support in vendor management/payments as well as coordination of our expectations from the rehearsal dinner through the church ceremony and reception. C2Detail Events was phenomenal! They left nothing to be questioned and even assisted in areas not covered in our contract to ensure the day came together without a glitch. Charlene, you were amazing! Janice & Jennifer were perfect. These ladies are a must book! They went above and beyond to make my wedding dreams come true! Their props were great with a lot of variety and they made all of my guests feel welcomed. The bubble booth looked so cool inside the venue! The dance on a cloud effect made our entrance perfectly dramatic. Thank you both so much!
Sandra was our day of coordinator for our wedding in Chicago. We hired her for just day of but she went above and beyond of just making sure everything went smooth that day. Even before the day she was helping me with last minute vendors and helped coordinate the rehearsal. I honestly don't know how I could have done all of it without her! She was always professional, always on time and extremely affordable. I don't think we could have asked for any more from her! Any little issue we had, she was on it right away and made our day/night absolutely perfect and stress free! I highly recommend Sandra and her services to anyone looking for an event planner!
Izza and her team were the absolute fantastic to work with! My husband and I hired iMktg Services for full planning services, which entailed everything from monthly in-person check-ins, decorations, guest list, invitations and pretty much everything that you need at your big day. Izza was absolutely incredible at keeping us organized and helping us stick to our schedule. She immediately got to know us as a couple and was able to provide spot on recommendations and advice for all of the thousands of decisions that go into planning a modern christening. If you need a wedding planner, don't even bother looking further! She is one best event planner that will go beyond your expectations. (wink..wink she actually gives a lot of freebies on our event, items and services) What else could you ask for? oh wait, before I forgot, she is young, smart and has a good professional background. Too many to name it all.
I hired Donna and her son for a wedding of 115 people. Absolutely fantastic!! Set up very quickly and helped break down at the end of the night. Most importantly, especially at a wedding, there were no problems with people getting over served. Great job, would definatley hire again.
We hired 2 helpers got our wedding of 85 people in April here in Chicago. They were on time, respectful, pleasant, and always ready to lend a hand when we needed something! We only let them know that we needed help with cleaning, serving and anything else that might come up with our guests. From the time of our first phone call to discuss my son's party, Grace provided: excellent service, great recommendations and thoughtful attention to my aspirations for the event. Throughout the planning period Grace was quick to respond and handled all of the negotiations with vendors. Grace made it clear when there were action items such as contracts to sign or deposits due, constantly checked with me to see where she could support, and provided budget tracking tools through each phase. On the day of the party she was so supportive and helpful throughout the event - I couldn't have pulled it off without her!
Jessica did a great job with our day of wedding preparation. She was able to take what we envisioned for our center pieces, sweet table and guest book table; and bring them to life. She was a huge help because it took a lot of stress off our families since we didn't have to worry about getting our hall set up the day of the wedding.
