Amazing! Delicious! Accommodating! Thomas is fantastic to work with and the presentation of what he cooks is stunning. Thomas cooked for our family of 12 for an Anniversary dinner. I could not have been more delighted by everything about the dinner. Everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. Daniel catered my daughter's graduation from high school/18th birthday. We have family members that are used to high end catering experiences. All were quite impressed. Daniel did a phenomenal job. The quality far exceeded expectations, the presentation was breathtaking. Daniel sat with my daughter and me to understand what we hoped to achieve and exceeded our expectations. I have had the pleasure several times to taste the food from Taste the Occasion Catering, at several different events. The food was always amazing, presentation was always neat and beautiful set ups. Very friendly, neat looking staff, always dressed in their Chef Coats. No matter if it's for a Holiday party, celebrating a life, baby/bridal showers, graduation parties or just a BBQ, they always do an outstanding job!. Planning to use them for my next family party! My family has used Jamaica Mi Hungry's catering services for numerous private dinner parties. Our diverse set of audiences - from "foodies" to young children - were all blown away by the delicious food that Chef Ernie prepares. We always order extra so that we can eat the left-overs for days after the event. Chef Campbell and his team are a pleasure to work with from picking the menu to the timely and warm delivery of the food. We would highly recommend Jamaica Mi Hungry for catering any size event!
Clayton and Kurt with Short Bus Catering catered our 2014 corporate holiday party, which was attended by not only employees but clients as well. It was held on a Saturday evening at the home of one of our firm's owners and the approximately 20 people in attendance commented on how delicious as well as beautifully presented the food was. We had the opportunity to work with Clayton and Kurt beforehand in putting together the menu we wanted, right down to having sugar cookies with our company logo printed on them in edible ink. A couple of our attendees had specific dietary challenges (nut allergies, gluten free, etc.) which Clayton was more than happy to accommodate. No chafing dishes and sterno cans here; the appetizers as well as main courses were made on premises in small batches and as they were consumed, more were made so that nothing sat around getting cold. Clayton's experience having worked for Top Chef judge Tom Colicchio at one of his restaurants was evident in his attention to detail and knowledge of how to create culinary delights. They also provided us with a bartender for the evening who kept everyone in good spirits. We would not hesitate to work with Short Bus Catering in the future, and highly recommend them for anyone's event.
