I have worked with many private trainers in charlotte along with going to the gyms and hiring their trainers but never been satisfied with the results. Mike is a great trainer and is available to me beyond our training sessions which I believe was the key to getting the results I wanted. My other trainers were only there for me for that session but Mike would answer my text throughout the day. He helped me learn about what foods to eat and not eat. I recommend Mike to anyone who is wanting to hiring a trainer that wants serious results. At first it was intimidating for me because he is a bodybuilder but I realized after the first session he was training me for what I wanted. I have reached my goals but Mike has pushed me to want to go even further and I will continue to use him into 2016.
My husband went to Edge Performance and had 3 personal training sessions (for his birthday) with Daniel. He could not have been more pleased! Daniel taught him so many new and improved work outs and really helped him fine tune his work out strategy. He will be going back!!!

Candice has been training me for six months and has helped me meet my goals of losing five to ten pounds and toning different areas of my body. She has incorporated exercises into my routines that has also helped me strengthen my core and balance. Candice made me comfortable the first time I met with her. She was interested in my goals and did not try to intimidate me with an exercise program that would scare me away. She is very knowledgeable about how exercise and eating work together and shares all information to help meet goals. I will continue to work with Candice to maintain and maybe improve on my goals.

Like most people I joined a gym was dedicated for a few months then life happened and I stopped going. Fast forward a few months and my less active lifestyle was showing. I made the decision to look for a personal trainer and invest in myself. I was really looking for someone who would hold me accountable for my workout and push me even when I started complaining. Courtney is that trainer. Through a wide variety of workouts he will ensures I never get bored and that I anticipate and dread what he has in store for me that day. He also has a people personality that goes a long way in making you feel comfortable. I have been going a little over a month and I can see and feel the results. Small victories that I can do things that a month ago were not possible. Give Borock Training and Courtney a shot, you will be sore but I promise you it's worth it.
Jerome is extremely intelligent in regards to fitness and is innovative with his workouts. I always learn so much from him whether it be improving my form, new workouts, stretches, or health tips. He also is a good communicator and pushes me to my limits when he trains me. The facility is kept very clean and training sessions with Jerome always improve my mood. He is very genuine, is good at arriving on time for his sessions, and is efficient in his communication with clients (and myself).
I have been working out for about 5 years. I'm 53 years old and was always thin but never muscular or toned . My 5 years at the gym with a trainer on and off got me in very good shape . I wanted to step it up and get in the very best shape I could and look like I could compete in a show, but without actually competing. That's when I started elite training with Ishmael. He is the best trainer I've ever worked with . He pushed me and made me realize that I can become strong and look as great as I wanted to. His workouts are tough.. But after you are done, you feel so awesome , and the results are amazing !! I'm toned, muscular, I have abs and in the best shape I have ever been in my life ! I would still be training with him if he didn't move away !! Whether you are a beginner or in great shape, Ishmael will get you where you want to go! The BEST trainer ever😀

Working with Joel has been great! I was skeptical at first about using an online trainer in place of a live trainer. I didn’t think I would get personalized recommendations, and I was very worrried about the discipline/accountability that comes along with training with someone in-person. The training program that Joel assembled for me was tailored almost perfectly to my needs at this stage, and he was quick to update the 2 exercises that I wasn’t quite ready for. I have also been surprised by my motivation to work out each day, knowing that Joel is following along with my progress. Overall, this is a convenient, cost-effective way to get personalized training. You determine when and where you work out, but with guidance from a professional a that knows how to help you reach your goals. Definitely better than a one-size fits all app, and more affordable and convenient than in-person training. I highly recommend giving it a shot.
Training with Erik has given me results in so many different aspects, beyond my expectations. Not only has it helped me progress toward my original goal, strength and building lean muscle, but it has also increased my flexibility and mobility, my focus in school, energy level, confidence, and my knowledge about training and nutrition and the reasoning behind all of it (which has been one of the coolest parts)! My training sessions are a huge highlight of my week and I truly look forward to it every week! It keeps me sane! :)
While I’ve only worked with STAG remotely for a brief time now, I can say I am definitely pleased. They are knowledgeable, motivated, and passionate about what they do. You are an individual to them — an individual with specific goals, training styles, nutritional and physical tolerances, strengths and weaknesses, and mental approach to training and life. They embrace that. They get to know you. They make your success a goal of theirs. It very quickly becomes a team endeavor.

I've been going to Sydney for a few weeks now, in preparation for my upcoming wedding in September. I absolutely love my sessions with her. I was very nervous at first, as I had never done HIIT before. I knew we would get along after our consultation, and she made me feel so comfortable and welcome for where I was at physically. She pushes me to work hard, she encourages me to do my best, but most of all, she makes sure that we have FUN. From her awesome music, to her great laugh, I absolutely love everything about training with Sydney. I'm looking forward to where this year of training takes me, and with her accountability and training, I know the results will be great! Just try one session, you won't regret it!
