Stewart P. says, "AF and Mr. Slava were responsive with my water heater bursting the day before. Airforce and yes thats his name scheduled me in early morning next day after I reached out over thumbtack early in the day but didnt actually talk to him until around 10pm that evening due to mybwork schedule. He didnt require me to buy water heater or meet him at the supply house to buy the water heater like a different company I had looked into. They brought over the new water heater which is a high end but 12 year old State Select and took out the old and cleaned up before they left. Great company and I have already asked them to schedue me in for some additional plumbing work ive been needing to get done thats not an emergency like my water heater situation."See more

Bicknell Plumbing
Bicknell Plumbing
Pure Excellence! Very knowledgeable and wise about his craft. Bicknell responded to my service request very quickly. And he was at my home and done with the simple repair within 45 minutes of the initial phone call. A true professional. I would recommend Bicknell to anyone in need of plumbing services. He will definitely be my first choice for any future plumbing jobs.

Cookes Plumbing

I recently renovated the bathrooms in my older home. Encountering an issue with high flange risers in both upstairs bathrooms, I reached out to Cooke's Plumbing. Frank promptly addressed the problem the following day. The team's swift response, expertise, and professionalism left a positive impression. I plan to rely on them for any future plumbing services I may need.

I highly recommend Superior Plumbing… they sent Casey out to assess a issue at my home & my 2nd property. Not only was he on time but he provided great quality service, answered my questions and completed the repair in a high quality fashion.

American Plumbing Services
American Plumbing Services
I had a great and pleasant experience with Plumbing American Services. I was desperate with the plumbing in my kitchen sink that continuously was leaking from the exit pie of my garbage disposal. The water even damaged my sink cabinet! I surfed in Thumbtack for Plummers and all were very busy that day. I had to set an appointment for next day, but the company's owner called me right away to see what was my problem and to verify if I got service. He personally came to my home and very professional and easily fixed and installed a new pipe in the exit of my garbage disposal. No more leaks!

RB did a great job fixing a loose kitchen faucet at my home. He was very professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the entire process. The work was completed quickly and with care, and he took the time to make sure everything was secure and working properly before leaving. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing help.

Final Plunge llc
Final Plunge llc
I can’t say enough about how great Final Plunge was for me and my family. I went thru several plumbing companies getting estimates and trying to understand what was causing my water to back up in my home. Finally found Final Plunge and not only did they go thru every step and made sure I understood what was going on, they followed that up with very affordable price to get the work done. They arrived and knocked it out in no time and provided me with pictures of their work and the problem. These guys are the beat. Couldn’t ask for a more professional staff. Any plumbing service you need, Final Plunge should be your only option!!

Had a simple problem, needed my sink drain cleaned out. MJ was very quick to respond to my request and get things scheduled. The service provider was professional. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because I was asked at appointment scheduling and again asked by the service provider at my home, if I wanted a monthly service plan for plumbing and/or HVAC. I had already said No. so the sales push felt heavy handed. I know companies are trying to generate monthly recurring revenue, but please choose to ask just once/ either at booking or once onsite. I hate to repeat myself

Batvan4o LLC
Batvan4o LLC
Ivan responded to my request for help with a pipe leak before I had even set my cell phone down. He arrived at my home in less than an hour, quickly diagnosed the issue, and immediately set to repairing the issue. He clearly explained the situation and advised me what the repair options were.

Although the repair was just completed, it looks like the leak has been repaired in a reasonable amount of time. I am very pleased with Batvan40’s service and would recommend the company to others who need some plumbing work done.

Bicknell Plumbing
Bicknell Plumbing
Mr. Bicknell is a delight to work with. He is very responsive. He addresses your issues and does not try get you to but additional services. He tells what needs to be fixed now and what items can wait for a while. He was on time, left the job area clean, and his prices are fair. He did work in my home at a third of some of the larger plumbing companies. He will even work on Saturdays without inflating the price. I highly recommend him. Thus far, I've used him twice. I plan on using him in the future to get a few more things replaced.

Pat's Plumbing
Pat's Plumbing
I scheduled a time to work with Pat’s Plumbing and he pulled a no show on me. After having constant communication with him and planning to meet to fix a plumbing issue I had in my home , he decided not to show.

I stopped my search for a plumber because he told me he would be out to help. I sat around all morning / afternoon calling and sending him text messages just for him to ignore me. I even sent one last message asking that he at least tell me that he won’t be able to come just so I know what I need to do next. I felt like he dropped the ball with communication. Not only is that bad customer service - it also shows he did not respect my time as a potential client and returning customer.

While I don’t doubt he might have the skills needed for the job and tools to be great as others in his reviews have said. It just left a bad taste for me. I would’ve loved to be writing a positive review as I have for many other using this app. Unfortunately, I am unable to do that for him.

American Rooter Services Inc

I've worked in real estate for well over 10yrs managing properties, etc. They are prompt to get out to you but be cautious. This company charges for a lot of money for the cheap generic brand faucet, most companies will give you options to upgrade. We'll likely need to replace that faucet given it a rental we normally install Delta, our normal plumber made this recommendation to us year ago. I simply forgot to specify. We asked for a Plumbing Inspection, we went with all the recommendations. Within 2days of Inspection and working being completed I went to the home, and notice one of the toilet was that was worked on was running consistently. When I asked the plumber why this wasn't caught during the inspection "Maybe because wasn’t leaking during the inspection".

This is by far the most disorganized company we've ever had to deal with. The plumber will get out to you quickly, then call and text in late at night requesting payment. Even the office is very very very very sloppy, tech says call this person to make payment. You call they don't answer, voicemail box is full. Then they call you requesting payment. When you call them back they put you on hold to then take payment over the phone. Then call you hours late stating they were calling to collect payment for amount that was paid hours before. Then days later call stating they charge you the wrong amount, there's still a remaining balance. All of this could have been avoid with an organized office who operates in modern times using payment links like 99% of companies out there. If you can find another provider for your plumbing or any service they offer I HIGHLY suggest you do so.
