Casper is a very professional and knowledgeable personal trainer with a great personality. During our initial training consultation Casper coached me to define my personal goals. At that time all I wanted is to lose weight and have a six pack. Too much to wish for, I know :) So he customized every sessions so that we used different exercises for different muscles + cardio.
