Latest Review: Been training with Rick for about a month. I am a 57 year old woman who has never seen such great results. Tried gyms before, and working out on my own, but Rick is very patient and knowledgeable about how he trains. I feel better, and stronger, and my husband has said he has noticed my posture being better, and my waist looking slimmer. I love our training sessions, I always look forward to training days. Can't wait to see what my end results will be. I highly recommend Rick to anyone, any age.
