David has worked hard to get my "legs" back under me. After workouts, he's been great with stretching regiment which includes foam roller work to help loosen quads, hamstrings and IT bands. Even more so now, with being sober, I can see the impact I am having on others, and I like the daily contribution I am making in my clientsÂ’ lives. I am truly blessed and grateful for the opportunity to help others, and I always act in my clientsÂ’ best interest to ensure them a happy and healthy existence.

What inspired you to start your own business?

When I became sober, I knew it was important to have a job that I was truly passionate about. Helping others has truly been a blessing in every aspect of my life.
