I've worked with personal trainers over the past 25+ years. Hands down, Adam Smith is the best I've ever trained with, ever. I'm grateful for the opportunity to train with him over the past 5 years or so. He is extremely knowledgeable about everything fitness, and also nutrition (including specific diets like vegan, etc). As a matter of fact, it was Adam who helped me to identify Power Lifting as a competitive sport, and then trained me to win my 2014 SoCal Gold Medal. Adam has helped me transform my body by decreasing fat while increasing my muscle mass!! I never know my body could look like it does today. He really cares about the well being of his clients, and has become a dear friend over the years. I live in LA, and am hoping Adam will host boot camps and continue to coach me via Skype from TX because he is truly the BEST EVER!!!!! Andy is a great trainer! He was able to get my son and I physically ready for two very different Boy Scout high adventure camps. We have stayed with him after those camps because changes up the exercises and routines to keep it interesting.
Coach Dee has been my trainer for over a year now. I went and tried numerous other boot camps (using Groupon) in the DFW metroplex. FWABC was not a Groupon, but I did get an opportunity to come check it out. After the first day, I was hooked. There was no place that compared to FWABC; it is in a league all by itself. Coach Dee is always coming up with new things for us to do. I am so disappointed I had to miss the "bring your dog to camp" the other day. (I hope he will do that one again!) Boot camp is fun, challenging, and extremely rewarding. Coach Dee is the best trainer in the metroplex.
Being in my mid 40âs I was having a lot of problems with lower back pain. Which was impacting my daily activities and my sleep. Despite doing the rounds with muscle relaxers and Chiropractors which only seemed to offer temporarily relief. I decided to get a personal trainer. Then I found Harrison. Harrison and I have been working out together for a little over three months, three times a week and I am already seeing positive results. Harrison has been working with me to tighten my core and to improve my overall fitness through cardio, weight training and lots and lots of stretching. As a result I am happy to report my lower back no longer gives me the trouble it once did and I am now sleeping much better at night. Harrison is a great trainer, hardworking, attentive to your goals. He is also not one of those trainers just looking to collect a pay check, you can really see helping people is his passion. With Harrison you work hard but you also get a trainer that really cares about his clients and genuinely wants to see them succeed. Harrison is also a good guy to boot. I highly recommend him.ï
Randy was a joy to work with. He was very professional and prepared for all of our sessions. He engaged in conversations both personal and related to fitness. Randy was motivational to me during our time together. He also conducted a very thorough and condensed boot camp in 30 minutes. I highly recommend him to be your trainer.

I've been training with Coach Felipe for over 8 months and he is great! At first I was intimated by doing crossfit but after my first month, I can't stop going. It has improved my overall stamina and self-esteem. Also I am getting stronger everyday, he works with you one on one or can do his boot camp which will make you sweat. He also gives you tips on the days that you are not able to make it in the gym. What's very important to me is that he also provides you with dietary information. Definitely recommend him to be your trainer!

I started working with Mark 4 years ago in a boot camp group. I had recently gone to a concert and we parked on the 5th level up. When we left I made it up two flights and had to stop because I was out of breath. I had to stop at each landing to breathe. Mark told me to give him a year and I would be able to go up those stairs without stopping. A year later and he was right. Mark has also helped me with rehab for my hip joint. I was in pain after a few steps. The exercises he had me do seemed easy but not so much. After 6 months I could walk the malls again without limping. Mark tailors every workout to the needs or goals of his clients. I will always work out with Mark Weddell and so will my husband. Mark helped my husband prepare for knee surgery so the muscles would not deteriorate after the surgery. It was a much faster recovery than after his first knee operation. I also met my weight goal. The only thing that could make it better was me being able to devote more time to training.
