I have had few personal trainers in my quest to reach my goals in fitness for the past 3 years. So, this is not a new year resolution for me. Recently, my TWO!!!! different personal trainers have become a little hard to establish a routine. My overall progress in strength, cardio and flexibility have stalled. Having a bad lower doesn't help, but with a KNOWLEDGEABLE professional trainer, the sky is the limit. Enter here Adam Smith. He is what I was lacking to reach the next level. Adam was quick to communicate, easy to schedule and was on time. Today after my first session, I can tell I finally got a Professional Trainer, that knows his trade. The session was ALL fun, full of new challenges and most important safe to my lower back. The Kickboxing part was an eye opening fun experience. Having a Karate background, I felt back at home. Can't wait for the next session in 3 days. I guess that the saying: "Can't teach an old dog new tricks", doesn't apply to me. At 55 years young, I am ready to learn and kick some serious........ ;-) If you are stuck in your fitness journey or are looking for a lifestyle change, don't waste time and call Adam. Joseph is a great personal trainer. He genuinely cares about my progress and he is a great motivator. He put together a personalized nutrition program for me and holds me accountable. He is extremely professional and always on time. I've been with a gym for years but Joseph has shown me a lot of new exercise and ways to work out. This was my first experience with a personal trainer and nutritionist. I have been extremely satisfied with each. I have learned how to eat healthier and still enjoy my meals. My trainer created a program that fit my needs and he understood that what worked for another client may not work for me. I have constraints due to back and hip issues and Bob has adjusted my work outs that help strengthen my weak areas. They have given me tools to continue good habits in eating and keeping my body healthy.
I was a bit nervous at the beginning of hiring a personal trainer for the 3rd time because the first 2 I hired from here were not so great. When coach Dre contacted me I gave him the run around until he finally convinced me and I decided to give it a try in April 2014... Well let me tell you he is definitely THE BEST trainer in the world. I wouldn't hire anybody else... He pushed me out of my comfort zone and always pushed me... I have gotten great results working with him... He is definitely different from the previous trainers I worked with. I took a break due to inconvenience life change (car accident) :( but now here I go again and I'm more than ready to get back on track. Once you start training with him you will stay there for good! Very great Trainer and I will say it again he is THE BEST!!!!!! Ready to train tomorrow again ! :)
Jade was my first personal trainer, approximately 20 years ago. He was the first individual to take me seriously about gaining weight. I learned more with him in one hour of one-on-one training vs all the books I had read about fitness. He taught me to use the equipment, both free weights and weight machines as well as guiding me with nutrition. I can literally say that I am "Body by Jade". Over the years, I have always called on him to heal all my injuries, which he has and does. I fondly refer to him as my "always personal trainer". The man is simply the best and as long as he is still training, I will always be with him.

Growing up I was always athletic, and slim; however, things started to change in my 40s. My lifestyle became more sedentary and the inches came on quickly. I was so consumed with lifes daily struggles, and didnt make time for my personal heath. I knew something needed to change in order to gain control, and I was the only one responsible for making a change. When I met with Brian, I was a little intimidated. I knew I wasnt in the best of shape, and working out had become something I no longer made time for. Not only was I was shocked when he weighed me in, and took my measurements, I discovered I had high blood pressure. This was the wakeup call I needed. When I began my journey with Brian, I started Advocares 24 Day Challenge and worked out three times a week for 30 minutes. I was amazed by how disciplined I became with a great workout regime. After the 24 days, I was down 13 pounds and my blood pressure was also down to a normal level. Brian is not like most personal trainers I have had in the past. Joye was my personal trainer for ten weeks. She was committed to my goals, some days more than me. She motivated me when I was exhausted and felt I could do no more. She challenged me with workouts and gym equipment I would never be brave enough to use on my own. She also took the workouts to locations other than the gym. This was helpful because the gym can become routine. Joye is very knowledgeable about fitness and exercises and offered combinations that produced the desired results. Even if I do not participate in more personal training, she gave me the tools needed to feel confident in the gym, at the park, or in my home to work out effectively and continue to work toward meeting all of my goals.
