When I called to ask about their services the person that answered was very polite & knowledgeable . He gave me the appointment promptly. The day of the service Didi was very professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain the process , show me what he found and answered all my questions. Called my husband and answered all his questions too! They also replaced the IV light in our A/C unit that was not working and cleaned our dryer vent. Very unsitified with their service. Supposedly they were gonna clean my ac ducts and they left everything the same way it was before they started. I paid 119 dollars for poor service that didn't help me in any way. The "technician" was more of a sales man trying to sell me an ac unit which is not what I wanted I only wanted to get my air duct cleaned. Never hiring them again

Ian and Rafael were timely, efficient, and educated me all along the process of getting our air ducts cleaned and repaired. Our house is old and dust is a MAJOR problem. They identified a hole in one of our air ducts during cleaning and we’re back the next day to repair it. Cost was about what I expected, I don’t have anything to compare it to but it seemed reasonable! They always had masks on inside the house, without question. Will call them again for sure.
