John & CMB HVAC are my new heroes who deserve many more stars than 5.
I had another company replace my old water heater but when he ignited the new one it didn’t draft. The technician turned off the pilot, told me to call another company as he installed it correctly & didn’t have time to fix the draft & began to leave. I asked him who I should call , he said a HVAC company & shrugged his shoulders.
Luckily I found CMB HVAC. Their technician - John arrived the next afternoon to give a free estimate. While he was inspecting what was the connection between the new heater & flue I could see the concern on his face. He thoroughly explained that if the circumference was too large, the heater wouldn’t work properly. He got out his camera to fish it up the flue & found a break (perhaps rusted). He explained what the solution was & gave a fair estimate. The next day his boss & crew inserted a new, correctly sized pipe down the vent, connected my new water heater, started it, cleaned up & gave me clear instructions on how the heater worked. I wish I had hired them in the first place & highly recommend them to everyone.

I had such a great experience with Riche's HVAC. Thomas can by today and quickly fixed my condenser capacitor. First, he came EARLIER THAN MY APPOINTMENT ON A VERY HOT SUNDAY, aware that I was stressed about having no AC available for my senior animals. So grateful for this. Second, he was really fast. He knew what the issue was, fixed it right up, I paid him over Venmo and he was off (to hopefully enjoy the rest of his Sunday not working). Third, and probably must important to me; as a woman searching for long term resources for my home's care, his quote was RIGHT in line with my dad's price estimation and insistence that "X is the fair true cost and don't let anyone mess with you". This is a big deal for me as it is scary to reach out to companies with very limited knowledge. Riche's is an excellent and safe small business to support if you're anyone, but also as a woman learning the ins and outs of home ownership I will definitely use them again when I update my HVAC.

Cody with Heavenly heating and cooling was so easy from the start! He was punctual, easy to communicate with, thorough, and his prices were beyond fair. His work was even better. Cody redid my entire HVAC system and made our basement so much prettier! He cleaned up the whole area, added a few nicer elements and got the system working at its best. I could not recommend Cody and Heavenly Cooling and Heating enough!

If you are looking through HVAC contractors stop and just hire these guys they are the best. They saved me over 7 thousand dollars from a larger well known company.
Anthony was very professional and non-pushy. He answered all and any questions and I had and even went the extra mile to cut in an access door and modified an existing duct free of charge.
Anthony is very knowledgeable in his field and I will be giving him a call for future projects.
