This was my first experience with a personal trainer and I am pleased with Walt. Walt is very friendly and professional. I love that he pushes you but is not over bearing. My first session was challenging but I am so looking forward to my future sessions with Walt. Great price and great service will lead me to great results. Check him out you won't be disappointed.
I've had a few personal trainers in the past but never received such fast results like i did once i hired Sanford. I've lost 23lbs in 6 weeks and couldnt be happier. I love the fact that he does every single workout with me and breaks down each muscle group. The meal plan was easy to follow and the workouts were fun and effective. If you're looking for fast results Sanford is definitely the best at it. Hands down the best trainer and at a great price.

Ben is an amazing personal trainer and instructor. I was looking for someone professional with broad experience in exercise science and in general just someone that I clicked with. He has by far gone beyond my expectations and been such an amazing encourager in meeting the goals I've set. His knowledge in Kinesiology is stellar and to me just really fun to be able ask and understand different muscle groups. He's really creative with the different exercises and stretches that he's planning for his small group classes. You can tell he's taking the time to tailor things individually for each member of the group and bringing out everyone's strengths. It makes me encouraged and motivates me to get back in there for the next class. I've been at Fitlab for about a month and a half and I can already see some major strength gains. My body is more toned and I feel so much more energy. I think if you're looking for a fun personal trainer that's encouraging, kind, optimistic, and knowledgable, you've found the right guy:) It's like going to see a doctor; you don't just want someone that is just knowledgeable and the best expert in their field. All of that is really important and you also want that combined with a great bedside manner. I think this is what sets Ben apart as a personal trainer; he's got this amazing knowledge base combined with genuine heart that makes people realize their full potential.
I don't have a lot of experience working with personal trainers but I know how intimidating it can be. Sasha and the other trainers at straight edge to make sure that you feel comfortable when you're working with them. Sasha goes above and beyond to teach you about the importance of eating right and how to make the changes fit into your life. She has been there and can speak from experience. She creates challenging routines but adapts each exercise to your fitness level. She is a great trainer and motivator.
Joe is an awesome trainer, he always has a new WOD to keep it fresh and keep you interested! He takes the time to individually help you and make sure you are using the correct form to get the best results! Highly recommended from a beginner like me!
Jill is a great personal trainer. She knows how much we can do and pushes us a little harder to increase our stamina and strength. She is also very knowledgeable in the food/weight area and gives us guidance on how to best achieve our results. I would highly recommend her as a trainer.
I trained with Brian for over a year at X3 before he left Atlanta. I was very sorry to see him go. From day 1 he impressed me with his very thorough technical knowledge and his attention to detail. Before living in Atlanta I trained for 5 years at Sweat in Orlando and thus have a high standard for personal trainers. Brian completely sold me on his skills from the first day. The sessions were immediately geared towards my goals, with complex, full body moves in the weight room and fast-paced cardio/bootcamp-style sessions meant to raise and lower heart rate in intervals. All the things I knew I had to do to get to my goals. I also noticed he kept notes of my progress so I had confidence that he was going to push and change things as progress dictated. He did in fact over time alter not just the weights but the sessions to adjust based on progress I was or was not making. He brought up nutrition from the first day, setting goals for me, setting up a tracking system, and was always very proactive about reviewing my food journals. He was never afraid to call me out on things I should be changing, which is good. You don't need a trainer to tell you what you want to hear! His meal service was on point. Very tasty food, lots of options, and cooked with a lot of attention to the ingredients, quality, and cooking methods. That was a very nice added bonus. I can't speak highly enough of Brian, he is an excellent personal trainer.
Caleb is by far among the best trainers you could hope to have. After just two sessions, my joints and muscles were feeling better. After using his techniques, he was able to rid me of my dreadful ankle brace that I have been dependent on for years. Literally no longer need it anymore. He is very professional and courteous, and a downright genuine person. I swear he makes you feel like you've known him for years lol. His slow and steady approach is what makes him an effective trainer. He doesn't jump right into it, he heals you from within first, by targeting your sore and tight muscles tissues and joints first. Once you are able to move better and more efficiently, he then focuses your training on fitness. That is what I respected most about him....his slow and steady approach. Trust me, you will want to kill him at first because he doesn't take it easy on you, but you will learn to love him for it. I know I did. Unfortunately with me being on the military, I came down on orders and had to move away. But if I could pack him away in my duffle bag and take him with me, I so would. Caleb is the REAL DEAL and you will not regret hiring this man for a better you. He is awesome!

Your personal trainer constantly strives to find the right workout for your skill levels and physical ability. I have a disadvantage due to an accident and Colleen has been great giving me exercises that fit within my physical capacity. She pushes you to do your very best! She has helped me increase my strength over the past few months as well as reduce my stress. I am very pleased with results and highly recommend this service.
Mr. Doug as I call him is the trainer that I truly needed! As a a Marine Corp Vet, he is disciplined and will make sure that you follow through with what you are wanting to achieve! His Motto, "This is a Lifestyle Change"!! He truly lives by this motto! There were days I wanted to quit and he would just smile and say picture where you want to be!! He is the epitome of a personal trainer that has your best interest in mind! In the short time I have been working with him, I'm down almost 20 pounds and several inches! I'm wasn't a big "going to the gym guy" but I love my experience with Renall as my trainer! Over the past 2 years my wife and I have been hopping from gym to gym to boot camp...finally we found Body Control Gym and Renall. It has now been over a year with him as my personal trainer and I am healthier and stronger than I ever though I would be! He takes a very personal approach and designs his training regimen to fit each person's abilities and needs and then he builds you up, and it works! I can't imagine training with anyone else! Every session is a challenge, but is also fun because he mixes up the exercises to keep your body guessing what is next. I love it!
Great trainer! I lost most of my baby weights after the third child in half a year. The training process is tough but no pain, no gain.
