Matt and Megan are both truly great trainers. Their quality of work is amazing. I have consistently been lifting and exercising for more than 3 years now, but my sessions with them pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of. They use very unique, effective and efficient training techniques, which makes for an extremely intense workout, even if only for 30 minutes. They have a great balance of light-heartedness and encouragement, to get through a session. They are big on form and targeting specific areas of the body with extreme focus. I started with funcfit as a part of my prep for my first NPC bikini competition. After 8 weeks of training with them, I felt more toned, solid, and confident than ever before. They also offer a great recommendation to a nutritionist/dietician as well. Overall I would and already have recommended to everyone to give them a try. Very satisfied with my experience.

It is hard to find someone who is as knowledgeable about nutrition, how it may interact with certain medications, and the research behind it as Ms. Perry. She has been my nutritionist for several years since my diagnosis with Ulcerative Colitis. For the first few years I was on several medications and with Ms. Perry's guidance I am down to one prescribed medication. Nutrition is often times a large lifestyle change so the support and motivation she provides is necessary, not optional, to be successful. Ms. Perry is not only a true professional but she really cares about helping people become healthy and happy so that they can enjoy life.

    After losing 100 pounds- the journey was complete right? Wrong, Katie reached out to me and told me about an upcoming 5K race. An ex smoker, I had never ran on a treadmill or outside for more than 5 minutes total! The weight came off exclusively through weight training and clean eating. She provided me with the step by step training that I would need to follow in order to be prepared for the race. Fast forward the 4-6 weeks to the day of the race- We both ran the 5K in under 45 minutes! Finished strong running- not walking up the concourse ramps of Citi Field! Not possible without you- Thank You!
