Grace is a very unique and talented chef. She is passionate in what she does and will go above and beyond your expectations. Her keen palate will present you with new and exciting flavors you most likely have never tasted. Made from scratch items distinguish her cuisine from everyone else's. She is very accommodating and will deliver on any of your culinary desires. Dishes that stand out to me: Spiced saffron handmade pasta with caramelized onions, samosas wrapped in homemade wrappers (try finding that at a restaurant), all her salads especially the Mediterranean style ones. Her talent shines through in the details i.e. the crispy garlic chips garnishing the tahini laced eggplant, the homegrown and sun-dried tomato tapenade (sun dried herself), expertly fried kettle chips seasoned to perfection, and her own pressed tofu. She is a vegetable wizard so if you love eggplant, mushrooms, artichokes, fennel, she will do wonders with these ingredients and transform them into something that will make you forget you're eating vegetables. This girl can also bake! Her baked goods are a must try because she makes all of it from scratch with handpicked ingredients: egg tarts (with locally laid eggs, when available), beautiful tarts (savory and sweet), cannolis (best believe she made it fresh, she also makes the ricotta in the filling), and of course, any flavor of ice cream she churns is worth every calorie (especially the black garlic ice cream). If you're looking for a personally curated meal for you and/or your guests, you will not go wrong with hiring Grace. She is careful, professional, and will undoubtedly wow your guests with her culinary experience.
