Monica was my Day Of Wedding coordinator, and she was very helpful from the time I hired her. She guided me a lot in the beginning of the process, responding quickly to my emails, and collaborated with me putting together ideas for last minute decoration details for my wedding. She also recommended 2 fabulous vendors for the wedding, which turned out great and their service was outstanding! Two things to note though, which I think she could have planned it out better is that she was about 20 minutes late to our wedding rehearsal. I understand that there's always heavy traffic around the time of our rehearsal time, and that she was hired as a day of coordinator, but the rehearsal meeting was included in the service, we told her ahead of time, and it would have been nice if she was there on time or before 5 to stake out the area and be ready to guide us when we all arrived. Another thing that happened, I didnt know at the time since one of my bridesmaids told me after thr wedding, was that one of my guests name was left out of the table seating chart. Other than those hiccups, the day of the wedding went fabulously and she was definitely on top of her game! overall I am happy with her service.

Jodi officiated my daughter's wedding and did a fantastic job. She took the time to interview both the bride and groom and get a good feel for the tone they wanted. She was patient and helpful all the way through. The day of the wedding she arrived early to help with any nerves the bride and groom had. She opened the ceremony and led the whole time with grace. It was a perfect day and we couldn't have done it without her!

I hired Christina as my day-of wedding coordinator. She was absolutely AMAZING. She and I went over logistics once and she handled everything that day - including set up and decor, communicating with the DJ, keeping everything on track. The best part was that she would do things that I didn't ask for - like grabbing me a gluten free plate of food and having the caterer pass apps right when we arrived to the reception on our party bus. I would highly recommend hiring Christina as a day-of coordinator. She was a pleasure to work with.

We had them cater our Wedding last weekend and they were a godsend. I could go on and on about how wonderful, caring, attentive and friendly they were. While planning they were a great source of advice and guidance. Chef Renee gracefully answered my parents' (numerous) questions basically being our caterer/wedding planner. Most importantly the food was delicious!! The passed hors d'oeuvres for cocktail hour were outstanding and everyone complimented the incredible dinner! To top it all off our cake was delicious and beautiful, Did I say delicious!! They also provided friendly and attentive bartenders and waitstaff. Everything was so good, our guests were so happy and full... we are still receiving compliments. The entire team was professional and so attentive and they really set up our tables beautifully! Chef Renee and her team went above and beyond our expectations and really made our day perfect! If you hire them you won't be disappointed!! We can't wait until the occasion comes to use them again!

Sam was our DJ for our wedding in August 2017. We'd gone through dozens of potential DJs until we got a hold of Sam. Right from the start, Sam focused on getting to know our background, personalities, and style first, in order to really understand how he could make our event the best event possible. When it came to the music and the party, we were very comfortable handing the emcee duties to Sam. Every detail was mapped out on paper well beforehand, including all the intro/outro, and first dance songs. On the wedding day, Sam arrived impeccably dressed, with plenty of time to set up. Our wedding went without a hitch, and Sam was a large part of that success keeping everyone hyped the whole night. With a firm grasp of our personalities and musical styles, he played a seamless mix of hits that had everyone on the dance floor. He even helped us throw light sticks into the crowd (see photo,) and jumped off the stage at one point to lead a dance. Nearly a year later, many people have told us that our wedding was the best they'd ever attended, and still rave about how much fun they had. They'll usually also have a memory of DJ Sam, that he looked like he was having just as much fun in the DJ booth as everyone else. If you're thinking about booking Sam for your event, DO IT! Thanks Sam!

Rinna was great. Although she is a day of wedding coordinator, she helped us throughout the planning as well. Our big day turned out to be more beautiful than we all expected and she brought some extra decorations to add to it. She did her best to make sure everything was kept on schedule and we were very pleased with how everything turned out.

I can't speak highly enough of Valentina! She was our wedding day coordinator and I could not have asked for more. Everything went so perfect and so smooth. From the moment I met her, I knew she is someone who strives to perfection. I am myself very detailed oriented and I recognized alike-souls :). She went above and beyond to make sure everything would go smooth, she is very detailed oriented, very fast, and on top of everything. She is also very easy to get along with, flexible, kind, great personality. I hired Dj-B3 to host my best friend's wedding and he rocked it! Great MC and Tom really listened to what music we wanted, even though we changed our minds up to the last moment....He had great suggestions and used music that we all chose, and mixed it in with music that got all of us on the dance floor. Tom set-up a nice microphone station with a small table for speeches and toasts. We were all surprised by how many people used it to add their personal feelings about the bride and groom. Tom spoke easily to young and old and played music for all ages. I would Highly recommend Dj-B3 for your party. Class act.

I recently got married and I have to say that without LyKai, my wedding wouldn't have been so wonderful and stress free. She made every step of this process so easy and fun. What was especially difficult was planning a wedding from far away, but she always responded right away to answer any questions I had and give me advice. She set us up with a website that made planning even easier. The days before the wedding she was there to go over every detail and make sure everything was taken care of. She took care of everything on the wedding day and made she the whole wedding ran smoothly. Whenever we had a chance to meet we had such a good time discussing everything and anything. She is sweet, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I would recommend to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator. She was the absolute best and so was our wedding thanks to her.

Vanessa was an absolute pleasure to work with! I hired her to help me coordinator everything leading up to our wedding day. Her attention to detail was phenomenal and served as a wonderful second pair of eyes in reading over all the contracts from vendors! I couldn't believe how many details and questions there was but she was there to answer and ask all of them. It was really great that once the wedding date was approaching she started answering emails from my vendors because she already had the answers which saved us a great time of time! She really knew her way about event planning and it was so comfortable for me to talk to her about changes or thoughts and she is very flexible with direction if you change your mind. Vanessa responds when she sees your email and will let you know if she saw your email but didn't have time to answer. I loved how well she communicated with me. She texts right away and she is very thorough with her email responses. She is adaptable in learning how to efficiently use technology to her advantage. I opted to use GoogleDrive to share documents back and forth. Until she met me, she didn't know how to use and now she is an expert! I cannot imagine not having this wedding without all of Vanessa's hard work! She deserves all the credit.

We hired Ashley as a day-of planner for a medium sized wedding of 115 guests with several vendors to coordinate. We were so glad we did too. Ashley did a great job coordinating the vendors during our wedding day. She was able to pickup where we left off and fill in where we might have had gaps. I didn’t want a planner and to anyone sitting on the fence about this decision- get a planner and hire Ashley. I couldn’t be happier with how smoothly the day went and how Ashley managed the event.

    Krista did my wedding invitations and my wedding favor tags. I was blown away! Every aspect of planning my wedding was becoming more and more stressful, and the first fun thing I did for my wedding was to work with Krista on making a design for my invitations. I did not have a clear vision of what I wanted and Krista helped me to make decisions through small steps. It was overwhelming looking online at all sorts of different invitations, but Krista asked me simple questions that helped me to weed out what I didn’t want and discover what I did want. I ended up with an overall product that really gave guests a glimpse into what the wedding would be like. I had so many compliments on my invitations, and they were one of a kind. Krista was always quick to respond to me, met all of her deadlines, and never even batted an eye when I asked for MULTIPLE revisions. Her attention to detail is amazing, and there is nothing I would change about my final product. I had no idea that I could get custom invitations at a reasonable price.
