I started working with Mark as an out-of-shape, overweight senior citizen. . Many personal trainers have a templet and expect their clients to fit their routine. Not Mark. Mark's professional approach began with a thorough assessment of my capabilities and limitations. From there he designed a series of exercises that built my body's core, cardio and muscles. He knew just how hard to push, always with humor and patience, and when to stop. He knows which machines to use and which ones to avoid. I left each session feeling both "worked out" and enlivened. His communication skills are excellent. I am still working with him and am increasingly more and more satisfied with the results.

Katherine has been working with me for a couple of months now. Since then, I've been able to overcome an injury, develop more flexibility, and gain strength. I like how she tailors the sessions to meet my interests. I used to play basketball in high school, and she has spent sessions running drills with me, as if I was doing conditioning for basketball. I also like that Katherine is flexible with her schedule and is able to meet me at my home. This makes it easier to be fit and train well in the midst of a busy schedule. When I think of the pain my body was in when we started training and how much better it has been, I can only imagine how much stronger, leaner, and healthier I will become as I continue my training.
