Justin is a well qualified and highly knowledgeable trainer with a great personality to match. Sessions are whatever you want them to be, but he also doesn't let you out of stuff if you're too tired, and always has a plan and structure throughout each session. I get he workouts written out for me to take home and reference for workouts later; he writes the exercises down as we go. This guy will push you because he believes in you. His passion for what he does is blatant, exciting and clear and I look forward to vibing with him every time we get to work together. You won't regret him; one of the best I've worked with and I hire a personal trainer in every city I go to, while on the road for work. Thanks, J! Mike is absolutely one of the best personal trainers that I have worked with over the years. I interviewed several trainers but knew as soon as I met Mike and we had our trial session that he was the trainer for me. As both a registered dietitian and personal trainer, his total diet/fitness regimen has helped me get into the best shape of my life. I have dropped over 15 pounds in less than 4 months while putting on more defined muscle tone. My energy level is at an all-time high and my overall body fat is down by over 5%. Beyond the measurable results, Mike is a joy to be around. He is a true professional but we are able to laugh and enjoy ourselves during our training sessions. I started working with Mark as an out-of-shape, overweight senior citizen. . Many personal trainers have a templet and expect their clients to fit their routine. Not Mark. Mark's professional approach began with a thorough assessment of my capabilities and limitations. From there he designed a series of exercises that built my body's core, cardio and muscles. He knew just how hard to push, always with humor and patience, and when to stop. He knows which machines to use and which ones to avoid. I left each session feeling both "worked out" and enlivened. His communication skills are excellent. I am still working with him and am increasingly more and more satisfied with the results.
Working with Jason as my personal trainer was an excellent experience. Jason is extremely professional, and conducts himself with the highest level of integrity. But overall, Jason is a caring and thoughtful person. He wants you to reach your goals and he knows that every person is unique. His knowledge of the human body and nutrition is deep and vast and he used this expertise to develop a program that helped me to move toward and reach my goals. Working with Jason helped me run my first marathon which at one point seemed unattainable to me. I have worked with several trainers, and coaches and overall Jason is the person I would recommend without reservation.

Mike comes with more knowledge and experience in personal training than anyone I've trained with- a knowledge that goes beyond just working out. He taught me life-changing concepts on mobility, strength, and balance that I desperately needed in my training. I am competitor, a mom, and a personal trainer myself and Mike is the person I will always go to for advice on my physical fitness no matter where I'm at in my training goals. And, most of all, he truly cares. Best trainer I know, hands down.
Chris is a great personal trainer. He's very experienced and knowledgable. He knows just when you need to stop and when you can get a few more reps in, even if you feel like you can't. This little Jewish princess is awesome! Alisa goes hard on her clients but knows when to take her foot off the gas pedal. She is really a big sweet heart even tho she try's to come off as a bad ass. Conversations are easy . Workouts are great. She knows when to back off a muscle or body part so you avoid injuries. I couldn't be happier. I have worked out for 2 and half months. 3 days a week! I feel great.'I know I and stronger. I lost seven pounds. I will admit I could have lost more if I didn't cheat so much on my diet. Either way I feel better and I think I am more positive in my everyday life from workout. Alisa is a game changer for your life. This was my best New Years resolution I ever made. This guy is amazing! I had been entertaining the thought of hiring a personal trainer for sometime, however I was extremely skeptical. I met with BJ and discussed what my options were and what I wanted to accomplish. I had a really good feeling about hiring him as my personal trainer. After our first workout, I knew I made the right choice! It is obvious he has a passion for what he does and sincerely cares about your safety and progress. With his guidance I will be able to achieve new goals I have set for myself and change my life for the better. This guy makes you feel like family. With BJ's help, I now work out regularly, eat healthy and feel like a million dollars after each session. He's has a full workout gym in his garage so there are absolutely no distractions or having to wait for a machine. It's just you and him focusing on safety and form, achieving the goals you set. I've been working with Brad for over 9 months and he is great! He is a very knowledgeable, professional and fun personal trainer. He is not intimidaitng like other PTs can be. He listens to what I want to get out this partnership and has made it happen. He worked with me to obtain my goal (weight loss) and is now helping me to achieve new goals (maintaing my weight and gaining strength).
