I love working with Cornelius. We meet twice a week and July will be my 3rd month of having him help me with fitness and strength training. There are many reasons why I would recommend him. Here are a few. I am 45 year old woman, 5.5 in height and weigh 230lbs. I was a strong swimmer when I was younger, but have never spent much time in gyms. I would describe myself as having little to no awareness of myself as someone who can train. But I did know that I needed and wanted to get into much better shape. I was also excited about developing better balance, a stronger core, and even new skills like boxing. When I met Cornelius he asked me detailed questions about why I was there and began to develop a program around my strengths, goals and limitations, which included a lower back injury and tendinitis in my left elbow. Every time we meet he asks briefly on how I am doing, and I know he is thinking through the workout to take me to the limit of my capabilities while still ensuring that it is enjoyable. I always have a great time and am tired but invigorated when I leave. This has altered how I view exercise and feel about myself. The gym where we train is tiny but has taught me important things about how less is more, and that you can do a lot with what's around you. This has been a huge help in keeping on training when traveling as you don't need to find a gym but can do many things to build strength and keep in shape where you are. Finally, I feel safe and respected working with Cornelius in the little gym and know that we are on a steady positive path to making real and lasting improvements to my health and wellbeing. I can't think of a better investment to make than that.
It's only been a month but from the 1st meeting with Mac, he showed that he takes great pride in getting his client the best in fitness. He's encouragement during a workout shows it about the person and not the money!
Gary is an excellent trainer! He is very skilled, patient, and extremely accommodating with a great personality. My dad was in town from abroad for about a month and a half and I wanted him to get good physical training so that he can lead a better and healthier lifestyle. Furthermore, his hamstrings were really tight and he needed some guidance in making them looser so he can better function daily, i.e. be able to tie his shoes etc...My dad also had several other health issues like asthma and irregular heartbeat which Gary was able to work around! Gary was great at replying to my request and following up continuously to arrange times to meet. Then finding us a deal at a gym for one a short period (which apparently is not an easy thing to do!), and being accommodating to our travel schedules. Furthermore, my father was able to see a significant improvement in his physical fitness! He improved in all areas of fitness - cardio, strength, and more importantly for my dad, his flexibility. He is now able to tie his shoes with a lot less difficulty than prior to his training with Gary. Lastly, Gary was happy to provide my dad with written exercise instructions to follow for when he went back abroad so he could stay on track!! In summary, my dad and I were extremely happy with Gary's training skills, patience, and genuinely positive persona. I highly recommend Gary!!
Dedicated Personal Trainer that helped me to meet my weight loss goal and to kept me focused. The exercises we did helped me to train for a half marathon and helped me to target certain areas that I felt needed more work on. Emmanuel also assisted me with my meal plans and water intake. I met Sandra in 2009 shortly after the death of my husband and this encounter transformed my life. Robyn helped me put together a showcase dance to present as a Christmas present to some friends. She taught me the Viennese Waltz, which turned out to be harder than I originally thought. Robyn was very patient with me every step of the way. She has an uncanny ability to identify any problem and knows how to fix it. She makes you feel comfortable and she has a great sense of humor. Robyn is a very professional instructor and she makes you feel important and confident about yourself. She works hard to help you achieve your goals. The showcase dance she taught and performed with me is still one of the best dances I have performed. I highly recommend Robyn if you want to dance at any level.

Jesse is the 3rd trainer I have worked with, but he is the only one that has helped me see real results. In the past 16 months that I've worked with Jesse about twice a week, I have lost almost 20 pounds and my body fat is down to 20%. It is so nice to see the scale going in the right direction; something that never seemed to happen with my former trainers. I am also motivated to come to the gym and able to work out on the other days of the week, whereas with my former trainers I was either unmotivated or unable to move from the soreness of their work outs. The workouts with Jesse are always different and focus on all body parts. He knows my injuries and makes adjustments. He has me running even though I'm not a runner and I am now running the fastest mile, as well as running longer without stopping, than I ever have. Lastly, he has totally helped me change my diet. I am no longer surviving on protein bars, salads and crackers and then eating crap when stressed out. I eat a lot more food now, but its all good stuff, so I'm not tempted by crap and I feel more energized. Jesse is an amazing trainer that I recommend highly!
