While there are several shops in town offering "cheap" repair, we stand out by truly offering a great experience from start to finish - not just fixing your computer, but helping to make recommendations and answer questions along the way. Most of our repairs can be completed within 24-48 hours depending on parts availability. Try getting the Geek Squad to do that! I love being able to use my technical expertise to quickly solve problems and cost effectively repair issues, but more than that - the look on a customers' face when we can fix a problem quicker than they thought or the "Thank You" at the end of the day that helps somebody else.(show more)

I truly care that your computer works, and works well. The fact you need a computer for work, home, play, relaxation and communication is important to me. I will in all cases strive to complete your computer in a timely and least expensive manner as possible. I pickup and deliver your computer at NO extra charge because I believe in service. People, places and things. People; the people are what the whole thing is about everything starts and ends there. I know computers are a pain in the butt and far from being user friendly, in fact I find the term just silly, I have other adjectives however; silly will have to do. People are what use computers, people are what need computers, people are what need help with computers, I would say people are the most important part of any endeavor, without them you could truly ask the question, who cares? Places; I am very lucky to go to many locations that I may never be able to go if it were not for my profession, some are dark and lonely while others are exciting and interesting but no matter, always a treat. Things; I am very satisfied taking things that do not function or are having issues and correcting the problem. I often liken it to a Chess match, I will win, because I believe I will win, and because after all a computer is just a thing.(show more)
I treat every computer that crosses my path like a doctor would treat a patient: A thorough examination and kid-gloves. After all, in appearance, it might be little more than ABS plastic, wires and chips soldered to a circuit-board -- In reality, it may very well be someone's livelihood. The chatter. I enjoy talking and meeting people from all walks of life.(show more)
My work is complete and thorough. I make sure all updates are applied, not just the bare minimum. I also like to explain in detail the problem, what I intend to do and what has been done to resolve the problem. I believe I am a personable person and not a robot fixing a computer. I love everything about my job. I love troubleshooting problems, repairing hardware, and seeing my customer's face when their computer is fixed.(show more)

I am knowledgeable and will work with the customer to understand their problem. Understanding the problem allows people to not fall into purchasing things that they do not need. Everything! Every problem is different. Every person is different. I like meeting and interacting with people, and I like working with computers. Solving problems is challenging at times but it ends up being fun for me in the end.(show more)
What do you love about your job?
Honestly, I really enjoy the satisfied look on a customers face when we fix the really hard problems that nobody else could. A simple thank you at the end of a big project, knowing we made a difference and made somebody's life a little bit easier. Secondarily, I love the diversity of the projects we work on and since technology changes so fast, I never feel like we're stuck in a routine of doing the same job over and over again. There can be some long hours at times but reflecting back on what we can accomplish week after week, makes it all worth it.
Who or what inspired you to start your business?
My Dad was an entrepreneur and I learned a lot from him. I was inspired by him in many ways, but primarily - I was always a self-starter and didn't really enjoy working for somebody else. I knew I would never enjoy building somebody else's dream when I could be building my own instead. Having a background in computers from a young age certainly helped. I saw the flexibility that my father had even if it was more than 50 hours a week and I knew that was something I wanted.
