Terry is an excellent coach. I have been working out with him at 5 am for about a year now. He is encouraging and cares about your success. If I don't show up for a few days, Terry will text to ask where I've been. He has also texted me in the morning to ask if I'm coming. I am NOT a morning person in the least, but his class is worth it. From circuits to sprints, burpees to squats, abs to stretching- Terry covers it all for a true, total body workout. I highly recommend Terry if you want a healthier, stronger life.

I have been working with Alex for just a little while, two weeks, but I had good reasons to choose him as my personal trainer (I met two trainers before deciding on Alex). First, he is very serious about his job and dedicated. Second, working full time as a trainer gives him the chance to perfect his style and fully dedicate to his training sessions and clients. Third, I like the fact that he is quiet and focused on training. I find his style pretty unique, a combination of strength, stretching, gymnastics, and yoga. Also, I had many questions and not only he answered every one with patience but with knowledge as well. If there is something that I really do not like is when I get an answer that lacks knowledge. Training with Ricky increased my overall fitness level and helped to incorporate regular fitness as a "habit" into my schedule. This is my first time working with a personal trainer and my experience has been nothing but positive. José Alberto is 100% committed to get the results you are looking for. When you are training with him even little adjustments he does when lifting weights, from the way you position your shoulders or back to how your far apart your feet are make a great difference and the best part is that you see the results. I have been working with him for only one month and I have seen faster results with him by training smarter and targeting those areas that you want to improve.
Brady is an exceptionally accomplished personal trainer. I've worked out with him for more than a year, and I'm the better for it - both physically and mentally. For me, he uses circuit-training which works every part of the body, and he also develops routines I can do on my own in tandem with cardio. He asks questions and listens to understand your overall fitness goals and then tailors a program just for you. He also has deep nutritional knowledge to help guide your dietary plan. He's personable, and I always look forward to working out with him.
Jonathan was by far the most involved trainer I've had to date. I've gone through 4 trainers in my life, none of which before Jonathan was personally invested in me sticking to the program and checking in on my progress. I opted to choose from his lowest cost training program. Even though I only saw him 5 times in one month, he made sure to be available to answer all of my MANY questions about the program and it's constantly changing challenges. One thing I truly enjoyed about training with Johnathan was his emphasis on safety and form. One detail I enjoyed about training with Jonathan the most was his concentration to you in your work out. He was never distracted by his phone or other things during my work out. He truly made personal training PERSONAL. That which is something that is lost with other trainers who get distracted easily or seem detached during your work out.
Personal training. I've trained with Jason off and on for the last 10 or so years. He tailors to what you are looking for in fitness. Whether it be gain muscle mass or losing inches he's the man to go to. He very knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness and can answer any questions you may have. He's been my trainer and more importantly a friend.

Chris has been amazing and very knowledgeable when it comes to fitness. His approach to fitness as quality of life has been eye-opening to me. His initial consultation structure is very well-done and he is open to guiding you as to what is achievable and what is not. As to his style of training, Chris is a very approachable and kind (at times hilarious) person. He is not super hardcore in your face; he is really there to motivate you in a sustainable way. He truly cares about his clients and he has shown great respect for me and my family. I also love how he has a humorous side to him. He is without a doubt one of the best coaches/trainers I have had and I recommend him a thousand times over. I have been working out with him for over two months and have not looked back.

Eric is one of the most patient and challenging trainers out there! If you are willing to put in the work he will stick by you and help you through it all. No matter your level of comfort or expertise he will adjust your workouts and meal plans to fit your needs and abilities! I was beyond a beginner and he got me started and on track with weekly progress. If he can help and train me to my goals he can help anyone !! He is an awesome person, motivator, and trainer!
