What do you love about your job?

I love seeing people reach fitness goals, as well as having accountability for the decisions I make. Seeing people smile after completing an exercise they could not do in the past is such a reward. The fact that I get to help build confidence in the people I train is an added benefit. My clients tell me that they feel great, fitting into an old pair of jeans or dress. A spouse of one of my clients thanked me about the results they are seeing. This job gives me the flexibility to spend time with family, and small group fitness boot camps create a family atmosphere, which I adore.

What or who inspired you to start your own business?

I love being able to do things my way. I have always been a mentor, coach, and trainer. I used to be out of shape and stressed out, and fitness training became an outlet for relief. This business gave me the chance to help others as well. I get to implement new ideas and plans, while interacting with various types of people.
