I have been going to Trident for almost 2 months now. I've never had a trainer provide such motivating explanations of why we are doing each movement we do, explanation of Consequences of bad movements etc. Jason's knowledge of nutrition has taken my ability to stick to a meal plan to new levels as well! To put it simply, he knows his you know what! I feel truly blessed to have been referred to Jason and Trident Strength and Conditioning - I'm amazed at how many things I have been doing wrong for so long prior to coming to Jason (even given those movements by former trainers) and can tell immediate difference in doing them right. FINALLY!!!! Somebody who gets me AND my body type. I have always had a struggle with my weight, and my thyroid problems did not make it any easier to lose/maintain weight loss. In September 2015, I did a search for personal trainers in the San Antonio area and found Tommy Lammers; Owner/personal trainer of Beast Fitness.. I mean, the name alone is worth a consult. When I went for my consult, I didn't know what to expect and this bearded guy with tattoos walks over to introduce himself... I'm thinking, "oh yeah, he's bad a**". I was so impressed with his professionalism and willingness to get to know the client. He does a comprehensive interview in order to assess your health and fitness goals and develops a nutrition and exercise plan specifically for YOU; because he understands that everyone is not the same. He really cares about his clients. I was so impressed that he took it upon himself to actually research my health condition so that he could develop the best plan for optimal results. Since training with Tommy, I have learned to let go of the scale, really look at myself and take note what I am actually accomplishing. I have worn clothes that I haven't worn in years, and some that I have NEVER been able to wear. The affect that he has had on my mental health is incredible---even says my mother and my brother---If you seriously want to make a lifestyle change and feel better than ever, he IS the one to call. Keyuna trained me for 6 months with great exercises that improved my strength, endurance and flexibility. Additionally she helped me come up with meal plans and gave me nutrition advice that helped me lose significant weight that I could continue indefinitely. she worked with my schedule, provided equipment and was open to different locations when the weather was nice. I wish I hadn't moved away. I haven't met another trainer as positive and motivating as well as flexible to my crazy nurse schedule.
I provide group training (boot-camp style) for all levels of fitness. In group training we use everything from bodyweight, kettlebells, medicine balls, tires, pretty much anything we can get our hands on to burn the fat and make you stronger! We also offer private, one-on-one and small group private training for general health, performance, and fat/weight loss. If you're just getting started or would prefer a more individualized training program, this would be the way to go. Both male and female trainers are available for private and small group training. We also have a power-lifting coach for those looking to test your limits or compete in a local competition.

In searching for a trainer I found none better that Jason. He has perfected the craft of personal training. Jason lists some of his certifications on his website, there not just fluff as it turns out, Jason really knows his stuff. Bottom line is that he produces results, noticeable results. Some words that come to mind: Knowledgeable, responsive, accommodating, results, honest, motivating. After the initial meeting to set things up, everything he said he has delivered. I can't speak more highly of him, or give a stronger recommendation to anyone looking for a real personal trainer.

Been training for over a year with this Cornelius, and he has really been very effective with his training, motivating me and pushing me to exceed my goals!
