"I am writing this to let the world know of one of the greatest person I have had the pleasure of coming across the gym in the many years of working out. Who am I talking about, William Nguyen, aka better known as Will of course. I have known Will for many years now, I met him at the 24 Fitness located in Diary Ashford, in Houston Texas. I remembered Will coming to the 24hr Fitness as a personal trainer, he was always focus on his task at hand, which was training his client. He caught my attention, because if how focus and determine he was in making sure the client was well trained. Believe me when I say, " Those are hard, and far in between to find in many personal trainers that I have observed in the many years of working out. " Will is very dedicated to his training, and I have seen him grow as a person, and trainer. Will has never change is way of taking care of his clients, he just continued to get better at his job. Will takes is training seriously, he has recently taken his training, and body to a new level. He is now competing and doing an excellent job at it. I see nothing but greatness for this young man, he is one of a kind. I would not hesitate to hire Will to train me. He is worth more than I can put in words. If you don't believe a word I say, check him out for yourself, you will not be disappointed. Will Power Fitness."

"Today makes my full second week of personal training. I have a 3 month old baby and getting back into prebaby shape had been difficult for me being over 40. Isreal is a blessing! He's tough, knowledgeable and keeps you motivated. I definitely recommend using him as a personal trainer. "

"Ive tried personal trainers a handful of times and most want to spend the first several classes talking about goals and package commitments. Day 1 with Alex was straight to business. The style is pure body weight and core exercises so theres no cheating or sugarcoating with weight training. Alex attention to detail stuck out immediately altering exercises and stretches to facilitate my strengths and weaknesses. His first two classes were free to ensure his style and program was what I was looking for. Im just in the beginning stages of getting where I want to be physically but I’m certain with Alex that I will be there sooner than later."

"Mac is a great personal trainer! If you have an injury he personalizes the workouts to your needs and still tries to increase strength and mobility in the area of your injury. He keeps things fun and moving through the whole workout. Highly recommend! "

"First the backstory. I'm 62, never worked out except on the golf course; left knee now failing; 280+ pounds, and now at the point of having trouble getting in/out of the car, up and down off the commode. You get the picture. It was now or never. My first lesson: simple balance and step-ups (one foot), and a little squat. I told Greg, "that's not happening." He said, "trust me, a little bit at a time". Low and behold, I was able to do it. It was a miracle. Little by little, week by week, I improved. (Yup, that's me in the picture lifting 140 pounds, 10x for 3 sets.) Moved to weights. Increased the weight. My knee? It felt better when I left the gym than when I went in! In 6 short weeks I was moving much better, in 12 weeks I felt younger - really, no kidding. I could not have done this without Greg's expertise and support. Seriously. He explained everything in great detail. The techniques. Breathing. How to concentrate. Greg is not some monster-type lifter (okay, he does a pretty damn impressive squat), his style and approach are systematic yet tailored to your own rhythms and capabilities. I checked all the boxes because he truly does all of these things. Greg asked me to write a review, and it's the least I could do given that he as restored my mobility, and convinced me that even at 62 I can become stronger, and, yes, build that six pack. At 62. I have a more to do of course (can't fix in 3 months what took 30 years to do). Look, do it. It takes 60-90 minutes, and do it 3x per week. 4 1/2 hours. And you get your mobility and balance back and restore your strength. In my mind - and I think for people like me - Greg is the best. For those of you who are in your "prime", definitely do it. Oh, one last thing...If you are a lifter, you won't find a better, technically qualified, coach than Greg, I've watched him. And, IMO, you won't find a nicer person either."

"Greg is my personal trainer at Houston Gym. At the request of my naturopathic and primary care physicians, I was instructed to begin a resistance training program to address a few health issues. I was skeptical of personal training, was unsure of my capacity to "stick-to-it" and achieve my aims. The owner of the gym suggested I work out with Greg. 2 months later, I am in better shape than in my 30s (I'm 54). Greg is conscientious, knowledgeable, skilled and is exemplary at tailoring my workout to fit my aims. He knows how to vary a work out (upper and lower) to address not only groups of muscles but refine the workout so as to address specific muscles that need toning. His attention to detail helped me calibrate and equalize what seemed to be an strength imbalance between my left and right sides (very odd). He is also quite patient, truly listens and varies the workout routine to keep it building my body without the boredom that can be possible in working out. Not only is Greg a great trainer, but he also is quite knowledgeable about the body's musculoskeletal system and the nature of injuries to the system. I recently had a shoulder injury (doing upward dog in yoga); and had to see an orthopedic specialist. Greg was very sensitive to the doctors instructions and modified my upper body workouts in such a manner that I can continue to build my upper body at the same time give my shoulder injury time to heal. Without question, the reason I'm still with Greg as my personal trainer is that he makes it a challenge, yet always within my range. Highly recommend Greg"

"In early February of 2015, I made the decision to hire a personal trainer to help lose weight and get into better physical condition. I had in mind a preference to work with an "independent" trainer; not one associated with one of the "chain" fitness centers. A quick Internet search led me to Josh Norris. I was very impressed with Josh during both our initial consultation and the complimentary first session he offered. Since then, I have signed up for one year's worth of training (my idea, not Josh's). In the four months I've been training with Josh, I've lost about 25 pounds, added a noticeable amount of muscle, and significantly improved my cardiovascular endurance. I've come to consider Josh a good friend in addition to a remarkable trainer. He is very knowledgeable about human physiology and the roles played by both diet and exercise in getting into shape. His attitude is unfailingly positive. He is a tremendous motivator. He understands that each person is different and requires an approach tailored specifically to him or her. He is flexible in terms of scheduling, while being very appreciative when his clients are flexible with him as well. He varies his training routines so his client's body doesn't get used to a particular sequence of exercises and "stagnate". This is also effective at making the workouts more interesting. He is very mindful of the possibility of injury or overtraining and watches carefully and asks questions to ensure that he is pushing hard, but not too hard. Let me say in closing that Josh is an extremely professional and RELIABLE trainer and I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend him to family or friends. I find him to be a young man of sterling character."
