We were looking for a "day of" coordinator for our wedding...so I started looking on Thumbtack for help. After reading reviews on Michael and his profile, we met up at a local coffee shop to talk about what our needs were and if he could do it. I had a great feeling about him right then...I even showed him our card table ideas and wedding favors, and he gave me better ideas of how to set them up (talk about "thinking outside the box!"). Up until the BIG day, he kept in touch, asked how things were going and if I needed any help....I so much appreciated these messages being the nervous bride! The day of, he was punctual, was able to get through a "check list" I made him regarding set up and timing...and, most importantly, he kept me calm! If any "hiccup" came up, he fixed it in an instant! I truly believe our wedding ran smoothly and on time, thanks to Michael! I would definitely hire him again for any party planning/coordinating needs...or even floral needs (he is a great florist, too!) Thank you so much, Michael! I don't know what I would have done without you!
Tiffany was absolutely amazing. She came in at the last minute when my other wedding day of coordinator fell through 3 weeks before my wedding and executed perfectly. When I connected with Tiffany the wedding was nearly completely planned but I just needed someone to take over to confirm times/deliveries with vendors and execute the plan. Tiffany confidently took over and got to work almost immediately. She timely contacted all my vendors, ran down last minute questions or changes to plan on her own, with an update to me afterwards (which was exactly what I needed as I am a very busy attorney and time is always tight) and she is extremely responsive. On the wedding day, Tiffany again exceeded expectations. I trusted her completely with her judgement on layout of decor and the overall set up. We had walked through, in broad terms, my ideas for the wedding but the execution was solely Tiffany. When I walked in for before-ceremony pictures, I knew things were in great hands -- the set up looked better than I had imagined. Tiffany knows how to get things done and execute perfectly. If you're looking for an amazing day of coordinator to execute all the details you've planned leading up to your wedding, Tiffany will not let you down.
This review is long overdue. Elizabeth was our day of wedding coordinator, but really went above and beyond and was more of a month-of coordinator. We interviewed several coordinators and felt confident working with Elizabeth because she's so wonderfully professional and calm. She gave us advice when we asked for it and didn't question our vision when we knew what we wanted. Elizabeth was also at our wedding from start to finish and didn't try to charge extra for that - she was always very clear about her pricing and she stuck to it. On our wedding day, she offered to bring some extra votive holders in a pinch. She hooked us up with a rental company one week out from the wedding when we realized our venue had accidentally dropped the ball on ordering us a dance floor (YIKES). It was amazing working with someone who had the kind of relationships to get things done, and always within OR LESS THAN (!!!) our budget. For brides and grooms on a budget, you won't feel like you're getting less than star treatment from Elizabeth. Having her there to make sure everything ran smoothly the day of our wedding was the best decision we made. Can't thank her enough! Trust me: hire her!!!!!
Anna Marie was the day-of coordinator for our Wedding last Saturday in Indian Wells. I cannot say enough positive things about Anna Marie. She was extremely pleasant to deal with and had a wealth of knowledge regarding weddings. She helped with absolutely everything and was beyond efficient. Matt was amazing as our day of wedding coordinator! He was very easy to work with and was attentive to our vision. Even when we thought things would be difficult to accomplish - he was able to do it without ease. He never made us feel as if our plan wasn't going to work out! He even had some great ideas for us for the decorations! Thank you Matt for making the day easy and memorable!
Roddy did an amazing job as our day-of wedding coordinator! We met with him just once before the wedding, but he knew how to handle everything and make sure things were in place for the day. So helpful with clean-up and managing the vendors! Totally recommend his services! Thank you, Roddy!!
Actually I didn't meet the LadyMarry coordinator and florist, until the rehearsal day, because I was planning my wedding remotely in New York. They are very responsive and patient to my endless questions, and did a great job about organizing the rehearsal and communicating with the other vendors. I always saw Melissa and Donna running around. Hiring you was the best decision I made for my wedding. Thank you!

I cannot say enough good things about Khadija and James. They took away so much stress from me on my wedding day. They worked so hard the whole evening and allowed me to relax and enjoy the day. If you are getting married and need day of coordinators hire them and you will not be upset.

Heidi and Ashton were the perfect day-of wedding coordinators. When we arrived at the site on our wedding day, everything was beautifully set up as if by magic. Gracefully and unobtrusively, they made everything happen. They arranged flowers, set up the wedding altar, wrangled vendors, and guided guests through the day’s various phases (ceremony, reception, toasts). They even served us cake and champagne. Our guests remarked on how “effortless” the wedding seemed; this is largely due to Birminkeley’s hard work! Birminkeley also helped plan our wedding. They visited the venue with us and talked us through everything from where to seat the guests to how many tablecloths to order. Later, they helped us search for wedding vendors. Despite our tight timeline (~2 months), they found us a wonderful photographer, rental company, and makeup artist. They were persistent and tenacious in making sure the vendors would adhere to our venue’s strict requirements. In addition to being very capable, flexible, and affordable, Heidi and Ashton are very pleasant to work with. Their calmness and perseverance helped us get through a very stressful time!
I had the pleasure to have Sarah organize, and execute our wedding - She made the day such a memorable, stress free day, her vision was perfect and the way she and her team made every little detail come alive was amazing!!
Absolutely Fantastic in, All Of The Above!!! Barbara and her crew were the Best! Our Family has a new Family Member. Words cannot express how much we loved everything she did for us, from "cradle to grave". We highly, highly recommend her for any occasion and even if we do not need a coordinator, we will invite her to our Parties from now on!

Julianne was amazing! We hired her for our day-of wedding coordination and she seriously jumped in and started helping where we needed help and collecting people/family members when we needed photos. Julianne got all the vendors paid, and even made sure we had all the paperwork in order for the license signing. She even helped create the boutteniers we forgot to make the night before and they turned out perfect! She helped make our wedding stress-free and it was amazing! I highly recommend her and her amazing organization!!
