Chef Serge and his sous chef did a fantastic job preparing s three course dinner for an 80th birthday celebration for my mother-in-law. Our guests ranged in age from 4-86 and Chef Serge did a terrific job in helping us craft a menu that was pleasing to the wide range of palates present. He also brought plates and silverware for an additional fee which made everything so much simpler for us. The food was delicious. We had both fish and chicken available and both were cooked beautifully with the right amount of seasoning. He surprised us with an amuse bouche that left all of us looking forward to the rest of the meal. Chef Serge incorporated fresh seasonal ingredients into our meal. It was a blistering hot day so we all appreciated his use of summer fruit and vegetables. The ratatouille--was fabulous! We were particularly impressed by Chef Serge's friendly demeanor and how patient and engaged he was with the children. The kids really enjoyed watching the meal being prepared and had lots of questions to ask. Chef Serge and his souse chef answered them all and kept the children engaged. In the words of my nephew, "He's a great Chef!" We are so happy that we hired Chef Serge and Pure Kitchen Culinary Concept.
