Amazing!!! We had a last minute cancellation with our original caterer and needed someone fast! Chef B was so accommodating with his menu on short notice!! His prices were very reasonable! My guests were so impressed with the presentation and ultimately the taste!! Two friends asked for his contact info! Apparently Chef B was an Executive Chef for many years at a Country Club and what an advantage for us! Everything was perfection truly! Let me begin by stating that "five stars" isn't high enough a rating to post for Chef Tim and company. From first introduction to the last bite, his team and professionalism completely astounded both myself and party guests. His first meeting to discuss both menu options and floor plan layouts was refreshing and further emphasized his sincere commitment to bring the best to all of his bookings. Every step of the process was stress-free from course choices to clean up times. My guests raved over his quality of fresh ingredients which were aesthetically beautiful in the way they were dressed on the plates. Our sushi presentation was incomparable as was the sushi chef's personal creations. His staff was both insightful and knowledgeable of the ingredients being served, which was of great importance as many of my guests had severe food allergies and strict dietary needs. Our bartender was sophisticated and quite the experienced mixologist which ultimately won over several of my family members (which I may add can be even more finicky than our guests). The best part, when the party had ended there was only a spotless kitchen and a fridge full of perfectly store leftovers. His staff even took out the garbage and recyclables. TIM should stand for Tantalizingly Impressive Menus. I will definitely use Chef Tim again for my future parties and many of my guests have already asked for his information.

Excellent food and service. Wicked Chef Catering was a great experience for us. They provided food for our Thanksgiving Dinner(110ppl) at the Club House of a 55+ Community for a very affordable price. We had a great communication with Alan, he responded right away to our messages/emails/phone calls. He was very accommodating with the menu and worked around all our requests. His team arrived on time and set up the buffet very neat. The staff was very professional and very well trained in hospitality service. The residents loved the food, they were all complimenting it and a lot of them went for second rounds to the buffet. The Wiched Chef Catering brought plenty of food. There was food left over even after the guests went for second rounds. There are really no cons that I can think of and I worked in hospitality for about 10 years. We absolutely loved our time with Chef Laura! I hired her for a dinner with 6 girls on a bachelorette party at our rental house in Palm Beach. She was super easy to work with to plan the menu and very flexible. I had originally requested Italian or Mexican food, then late in the game thought about Tapas, and she was not only game for the change in plans, she offered an abundance of options! She even let me know that I was requesting a bit too much food for our party size, and boy was she right :) She arrived right on time, and was a delight to talk with while she was prepping the kitchen. She prepared an incredibly delicious feast for our group and was kind enough to bring them to our outdoor dining area, explaining each dish as she served us! Afterwards, she cleaned the kitchen (we could barely tell she was ever there) and even left us all the recipes she used for each different tapas dish. She was warm, friendly, engaged with us in a professional and polite way, and couldn't have been easier to work with. Would recommend her VERY highly for group dinners or any event that needs delicious food and a highly accomplished chef!

I had originally chosen Denise because she was the most reasonably priced chef and also because she specialized in Mediterranean food which I love. In speaking with her I learned that she has a Spanish background and she learned quite a bit from her mother. She arrived with the freshly bought foods and quickly became familiar with the kitchen. She made tabouli from scratch and a baked chicken dish that was bathed in a unique sauce. My girlfriend and I were quite impressed. The serving of the meal ran behind the time that I had hoped it would be served, however in watching her prepare the foods, you could tell she was a perfectionist and wanted to get it just right; hence she still gets 5 starts. It actually worked out better for us since my girlfriend was not quite as hungry earlier. When she finished, the place was spotless. I should add that she arrived around 4PM and didn't end up leaving until around 10PM, so it was a long day for her. Yet she was always cheerful and personable. Obviously my girlfriend and I would highly recommend her.
