Dwayne is an excellent trainer. He's very professional and makes you feel comfortable working with him. His workouts can be intense but if you want results then that's what you need.The training sessions vary so you're not working the same body part all the time and you're not bored. You have guys who say they are personal trainers and then you have personal trainers and trust me he is a great Personal Trainer

I have seen a fair share of personal trainers, and they all made me feel awkward and not willing to come back, except for Rhonda! Working with her was an amazing experience. Her workouts are challenging and fun, she is always punctual and upbeat, and she is very attentive to any problem areas you might have, adjusting the routines accordingly. He takes the time to prepare my workouts and is flexible working around any discomforts or ailments I may experience. He never rushes through our routine and shows me the correct way exercises are to be done. It obvious that fitness is his profession and his passion. I have had three personal trainers at different times in my life. Neil absolutely is the best one! He is very professional! I have been training with him for over six months. He helped improve my workout to another level within the first 3 weeks. And my body shape changed very quickly. I cannot run due to my knee problems. Neil has helped me figure out a way to do a good cardio without hurting my knees: walking on the treadmill for one hour with incline 15 and speed 3.0. He is very knowledgeable and professional!!!!! Highly recommend!
I've been working out with Casper for several months now and cannot imagine working with another personal trainer. He not only customized his routines to align with my current state and future goals, but also coaches on nutrition, visualization and mind-over-matter techniques that I have found extremely valuable. Casper is very organized, always punctual and reliable and when we are working together, is laser focused on the workout, compelety attentive and present in the moment. Casper is also incredibly smart, having travelled the world and serving in the Danish armed forces - he is wonderful to talk to during warm ups and cool downs (I haven't yet mastered talking during the actual work-outs!). After every work out with Casper, I feel like I've accomplished something great for myself and know that have his support and encouragement to achieve my goals.
Jason is the best personal trainer I have ever met. He has been helping me to loose weight with very methodical way. He focuses on not only exercises, but your body condition as we'll. everyday, depends on your condition, he trains exercises very various and fun to do. I have lost about 20 pounds in 8 weeks without any stress of exercise and eating
