I am not one to normally write reviews, however, Big Reds BBQ really deserves a fabulous one. Promptly arrived and got to work setting up the layout for our wedding. Several guests approached me that evening and asked who catered the wedding because the food was delicious! I had to jump in to assist with getting food out to the appetizer table we supplied and they were kind enough to make sure the appetizer was pulled out of the oven for us while we were restocking. Definitely a bang for your buck! Well worth every penny. I am extremely happy that I acquired them as our caterer.

I can not say enough good about Big Reds! I was married on 10/22 and they catered the event. Angela was an absolute pleasure to work with! Her husband did the smoking of the meat. I used to run a 15 acre hotel and conference center. Big reds food blew that property away!! I heard absolutely nothing but amazing comments from EVERYONE in attendance!!! They will be booked in for any future events I need to host!

My partner and I hired Chef Jeff to cater a plated dinner for our 18-person civil wedding, about a month before our ceremony. Chef Jeff and his team went above and beyond to ensure that our day was as wonderful as could be. From the very beginning, Chef Jeff worked with us to create a menu that we loved, incorporating and re-creating dishes from special meals we've shared over the course of our relationship. He also made sure to accommodate the dietary restrictions of our guests. When we were left without tables at the day before the event, Chef Jeff came to the rescue with tables of his own! On the day of the event, he and his team arrived early and set up in the kitchen. They were respectful of the space and were courteous to all our guests who had to walk through the kitchen to get to the restrooms, etc. The presentation of each course was beautiful - right from our passed appetizer canapés and charcuterie board, to the salads and our main courses. Our guests particularly appreciated the fact that he uses local and home-grown ingredients (like the basil for our pumpkin seed pesto) in the meals. And honestly, it's touches like those that show that Chef Jeff is passionate about his craft. Chef Jeff and his team went the extra mile to ensure our guests were taken well care of! In addition to constantly having a member of his team circulating, they set our tables beautifully, helped decorate our plain wedding cake with flowers, sliced and plated our cake for guests, and left the kitchen spotless! Chef Jeff was always responsive to our texts and treated us and our guests with patience, kindness, and care. I highly recommend him and his services!
