If I could give Phillip 6 stars on this website I would but unfortunately it only goes to 5. He went above and beyond! I can't recommend him enough. He was my ROCK during the whole wedding process. I couldn't have done my wedding day without him. We initially had hired him as our officiant because we absolutely loved his personality and professional demeanor after meeting him in person for the first time. I later found out Phillip also provides "wedding day coordinator" services as well. I must admit I was a bit skeptical to hire the same person to provide both services, but he was incredible and honestly I don't believe anyone else could have done a better job at either roles on my wedding day (August 1st 2019). My wedding was for 100 guests at a large venue and Phillip was both helpful and amazing at coordinating/catering to everything I needed. I am a DIY bride and he was helpful in ensuring everything was put together and made no fuss about what I wanted to do to make my day extra special and more personal. I had so many compliments about him regarding the ceremony he officiated and how everything seemed to be going so smoothly the day of the wedding. To be honest, I can't think of anything that went wrong on my wedding day and that probably has to do with the fact that Phillip was able to coordinate everything without a hitch and was able to keep me calm and focused on being happy and enjoying my big day without worrying about the details. He was the best money I ever spent on my wedding. So if you are looking for someone to help you with the chaos, that is of executing a wedding and making sure that you and your partner can actually enjoy your day.... HIRE PHILLIP! Roger's service was exceptional. Not only did he come save my son's wedding after we fired a DJ but he was able to provide a "monogram" and the very last minute. He provided us an Itinerary with a timleline that we filled in so while he MC'd he would keep us on track. Roger was timely, professional and communicated the whole step of the way. He played everything we asked him to and I never saw him take a break. HIs price was very reasonable even though he drove from San Antonio into Lakeway, TX to our venue. I would most definitely hire Roger anytime. His service was outstanding.

We wanted a very short, but memorable service. Stephen visited with us beforehand to determine what would work for us. His website has a lot of options, designed to meet the needs of most (if not all) couples. He was right on time..though we ran a little late because of guests traveling in for the wedding. The ceremony was great, and conveyed exactly the feelings we were looking for. I cannot say more about Hey Dee because my experience with her was indescribable. We might be an outlier, because for someone we met off Thumbtack and expected little from, we clicked so well, which only aided in her being able to serve us as individuals. Dee was respectful of our low key religious requests, and was able to formulate a ceremony that fit our ideal non-conforming, but still traditional wedding vision, and stayed and celebrated with us. She was not just "in" our wedding, she became part of our memories and event. Service speaking- Dee was professional, prompt, involved and worth more than requested! I cannot emphasize enough how much of a blessing she was to us in the time of Covid, trying to maintain a budget, and getting what we needed to complete our vision. Personally speaking- I love her! I am going to make her new friend and part of my life because I was not only impressed with her professionally, but also personally. She is great people and kind hearted and a pleasure to be around. Funny, warm and just awesome. Someone at the wedding has a picture of us, I do not, but if I did, I would have loaded it to show her potential customers my face with her by my side. #ShesAmazing

*Amazing* I went into Thumbtack just looking for a DJ to play some music at our wedding reception, and ended up getting so much more. Rick was so friendly, very professional and had the best taste in music. As the party progressed, he could tell when people started wanting to dance so his adapting and started playing more "UpBeat" music. Michelle worked her magic on both my mother and I with a little sparkle added for my 8 yr old flower girl! She was extremely professional, came early to clean and set up her supplies and the quality of her work was EXCELLENT! I typically don't wear a lot of makeup and tend to get a little glow going under this Texas sun so I requested something light but still dramatic (as this was my surprise wedding day!!). When I said Michelle did a FABULOUS JOB... I couldn't believe the mirror!! She is also extremely personable and really just felt like another extension of my family there through the laughter, celebrations and tears. Will definitely work with Michelle again and highly recommend her services no matter the event or shoot!

My husband and I could not be more pleased with the services provided by Rev. Coyle and his wife, Rosan. He officiated over our small outdoor wedding. They were so easy to coordinate and communicate with. They welcomed us into their home for an initial meeting and ceremony planning session. They had some very helpful input, but they really allow you to be very hands on in the planning of your ceremony if you want. If you don't want to have to worry about it, they will take care of that too. Rosan is very warm and reassuring. Rev. Coyle performed our ceremony beautifully. There were some complications with a few of our guests arriving on time so I was distracted and frazzled when walking down the aisle, but the moment I made it down the aisle, he looked and me and spoke to me and was able to center me. I was able to focus on our ceremony and really be in the moment. I am so grateful for that! He has a very natural and easy manner so that nothing seems too scripted or rehearsed. Overall, we just couldn't be more pleased. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone. He and his wife make a great team!

Nicole is very attentive and adjusts her makeup technique to suit each personality. She understood that I prefer a more natural look, and she really worked to create a look that I felt beautiful in, but was still comfortable wearing (including non-air brush, which lasted wonderfully). Nicole single-handedly made up all five of my bridesmaids and the bride, and even went the extra mile to provide some last minute tattoo coverage. She also made extra effort to make the experience special for my teenage, first-time bridesmaids. Nicole was wonderful and responded thoughtfully, and really worked to achieve the look my bridesmaids envisioned. As an additional convenience, she traveled to me for my makeup trial, and to the venue on the wedding day, which helped to make the morning so much less stressful. I really wanted this to be a 4 star review, but I will explain why, and why it's not. I would like to start by saying Monte is very nice, helpful, was familiar with the grounds, and jumped in to offer help for whatever needed while we were scrambling just before the service. I provided the script of what I wanted read at the ceremony on Thursday since we didn't know Monte personally, and wanted our ceremony to reflect our story and our love in a personal way. I confirmed receipt of it and Monte let me know she doesn't normally like people to write their own script but that it would be fine but she may change a few little things to make not read it exact, so that it comes off more naturally. I told her that made sense and she assured me she's an expert. On Saturday at the wedding while I was getting ready, Monte offered to put a table cloth on a small table we had set up for an after toast, mentioned she was going to go check on the groom and rehearse a bit. I made mention of one thing I wanted to change in the script and she mentioned that she felt it is was very traditional. We discussed the live feed camera inside the chapel and told her we would have alot of friends and loved ones watching, since covid ruined our original plans. The ceremony wasn't completely awful...but it wasn't smooth at all and the summarizations of alot of my meaningful wording didn't make sense as she stumbled through it and pieced together different points. It seemed as if she had not read it even once before, and tried to paraphrase on the spot. Given all of the above, I still would've given a 4 star rating, only because she was so nice and helpful. Now...the speech was not good and should have been looked at well before arriving to read aloud. It was sent on Thursday and the wedding was Saturday, but moving on...I would think, in the profession of being an officiant, one of THE most important things to not screw up would be the newlyweds LAST NAME as you pronounce them Mr. & Mrs. The name is not difficult but she gave it a very loudly pronouced "T" it has never had. To me, that's a big one, especially on top of the botched script. At this point, I would've given her a 3 now. I was still very kind to her, thanked her, and told her I would keep her in mind if I needed any of her services at my work. But then....in one of the happiest moments of our lives, after the congratulations through phone calls and texts from loved ones, came the comments of how many people saying how horrible, rude, and unprofessional she was...not entirely because of the speech...but because all of them watched through the live stream as she read pieces of the script quickly right before the wedding, scratching through large parts and making rude comments and opinions of how overly traditional and "old fashioned" it was, and how she prefers more contemporary. She was seen and heard telling the photographer that my husband was probably a run-away-groom. She complained that we were cutting into "her time", though she found enough time to ask every single one of us what we did for a living in case we needed any notary services. Even after the ceremony, she said to me and my parents who are in their seventies, that if we ever need any power of attorney services in the near future to let her know because she can make it real easy if someone gets ill. All of this was not what I wanted to hear immediately after my wedding. I was already a little upset about not having all of our loved ones there, the speech, pretty upset about that botched last name, and to hear this on top of it all...Skipped the 2 and straight to a 1 star at this point because I found out she was actually not a nice person, was just helpful in offering to set up a table even though complaints came along with it. I am a kind, patient and forgiving person who had a very simple and intimate two guest wedding ceremony, and have just tried to keep that day as happy and protected as I could in light of the situation as it became our Plan B. Monte has good reviews. Maybe she just had a bad day but it just so happened to simultaneously align with my day with my new husband and I do not appreciate it. Don't count her out because of me, but I would definitely recommend a practice round or rehearsal with her to be safe. We waited for over 5 years for that day. When you are paid to do a job, even if you screw that job up, the very least you can do is remain professional and considerate.

It might sound crazy to some to have a personal connection to your caterer and their staff but that is exactly how we felt with Lyndie and her crew. From the first phone call to the final clean up at our wedding venue Lyndie went out of her way to make sure we had exactly what we wanted for our big day. The food was delicious and her staff did an amazing job getting food to everyone and cleaning up in a timely manner. Lyndie was easy to communicate with and quickly responded to emails and phone calls. It was personal touches like her bartenders saving alcohol for both brides signature drinks when they were out of it for the guests and making us to go boxes that made our night that much better. If you need an event catered we highly recommend Lyndie! The price is very fair and the service is top quality. You can tell that she has so much experience and truly loves what she does.
