I am currently training for an International Physique League competition. I have been training with different trainers since Dec 2016.I have switched trainers so many times I lost count. I was having a very hard time finding the right trainer to get me ready for stage; until I met Zak. Meeting Zak was a prayer answered. I was on the verge of giving up my dreams of competing. Since I started training with Zak my muscle strength and definition has improved a great deal. All the compliments I have been getting from my friends and coworkers are prove. Zak had me squatting bars I never though I would be able to. He has turned my "i can't" to, "look what I just did",Zak has taken personal interest in getting me stage ready. He gives me workouts to practice on days that am not training with him, and follows up to see that I am on track. He also checks to see that I stay on track with my meals. His rates are much better than all the other trainers (I had trained with); and yet he seems to know more than all the other trainers I had worked with. I cannot thank Zak enough, in him I have gained a friend to walk with me as I pursue my dream of competing. I would recommend Zak to anyone looking for a trainer. You will definitely not regret it.This will be worth your time and money. Zachary ROCKS!!!!!!
I had never worked out in my long life before I went to Ruby for help. Ruby and I worked out in a gym in 50 minute increments every couple of weeks. However, I was at the gym several times a week and always enjoyed seeing Ruby's smiling face. She encouraged me to become more fit and enjoy going to the gym, which was my goal. Ruby asked me in our first meeting what my goal was and I said to be able to get off of the floor wihtout being on my hands and knees. She said her goal was to reduce the blood pressure mediation that I was on. We both met our goals. Ruby is always punctual and professional and always brought her smile to workr. Ruby has left me, but the desire she instilled in me to be strong is still within me. Ruby recommended a new trainer for me and I enjoy working out with her, but she is no replacement for Ruby and the strong bond we developed. I wish her all the luck in the world; a more deserving person you will never find. Jane

Alton is a true professional, he personalizes the workouts to your fitness level and keeps you progressing. Alton pushes and challenges you to do things that you wouldn't think possible, but trust me you CAN do them. He shows you that it is possible to reach your goal. He's very knowledgeable and personal so working with Alton is always great. One of the best decisions I've made is having Alton as my trainer!
Evan, Joey and Ted are GREAT trainers! Each one of them knows how to motivate you to give your maximum effort during a workout. Workouts are challenging and fun, and you NEVER do the same workout twice. I had numerous schedule changes over the summer and was able to train with each of these instructors, so I know they will all get you results! Class sizes are small and the rates are affordable. I highly recommend Tough Fitness!
Marvin offered personal training at the office building I worked in this was extremely convenient for me because I didn't have to drive to gym and it did not interfere with family time. Also as a new mom, I was looking for a trainer that would be patient enough to allow me to get back into a fitness routine - but at the same time, keep me on track with my goals. Marvin delivered on both! I found Marvin to be knowledgeable and thoughtful when he created my fitness plan. Things worked out so well for me, that I told my colleagues at work about working out with Marvin - they decided to join me for the lunch hour work out sessions and we got fit together!
Ryan was my personal trainer for several years. I felt that I needed a trainer to 1) keep me motivated, 2) teach me how to use the equipment since I had not ever worked out before and 3) help me learn and understand all of the requirements to build and maintain a strong, healthy body. Ryan met all those goals. During my time with Ryan, I got much stronger, I learned technique, and always stayed motivated. What kept me working with Ryan is that during our sessions, he was 100% focused on me and my workout. (In my years in the gym since, I've seen way too many trainers use their cellphones while they were training someone, and it appeared that their client came second.) Ryan was 100% positive all of the time. If he ever had any personal or professional issues, he never showed it around me. Ryan is very knowledgeable about kinesiology, the human body and he understands what technique(s) will provide the best results. He was always changing the workout routine to ensure constant muscle growth. I also relied upon him to assist with nutritional requirements. My time with Ryan was some of the best years in terms of rewarding physical growth. I have since moved to another state, otherwise I would most likely be working with him again.
I want to let each of you know what my experience has been with Dan. I turn 59 this year and I have worked out with a number of trainers over the years. I call them counters because thats all they did for me. They counted and I did all the work no results! Then I met Dan in January of this year. I did the genetics testing as he recommended. Once I received the results he explained to me what the results meant and what I needed to do to get in better shape. From nutrition and cardio to weight training, he has guided me along the way. We started training three days a week. He taught me how to box as a cardio routine. Never thought I would get it, but with his patience and guidance I am now boxing and loving it GREAT CARDIO!!! Weight training has been amazing! I have never seen results like this before!! His knowledge and understanding of the human body through nutrition and weight training is the most valuable information I have ever received. Thank you Dan for changing my body and life! Robert H.
I would HIGHLY recommend this gym and the trainers for anyone at any fitness level! It's the best deal you'll find anywhere for personal training and it's legit. Fitness has always felt like a chore to me, but this is the first time that I'm actually excited about it and look forward to my workouts. Great people/atmosphere, flexible with scheduling, and very knowledgeable staff. They know their stuff and make it fun! I NEVER write reviews for anything, but this is worth telling people about. Try it out, you won't regret it.
Jamie was my trainer for many years. She is very professional. She was always prepared and frequently adjusted our workouts based on my current goals. After working with many personal trainers during the last 10+ years, I can confidently recommend her as an excellent personal trainer.
Liz was an amazing trainer. We worked together for 4 months for an hour 3 times a week. She was a great motivator and knew a lot of about the nutrition side of training. I loved how we worked only a couple parts of the body each session unlike other trainers that do it all at once. I really saw my body transform.
Great location? Check. Great trainer? Check. Great owner who truly cares about her clients and their well-being? DOUBLE CHECK! I could have gone to any "traditional" gym and fallen victim to overcrowded classes, overzealous trainers and overpriced services...but I didn't. Instead I chose a small, but mighty fitness studio that is tailored to my needs and supports my efforts in making me the strongest I can be. Couple that with their focus on healthy living and eating and I have everything I need in a partner that again, truly wants to see me succeed. I love My House Fitness and recommend you stop in and see for yourself.
Jessica has been working with me for about a month. She is motivating, knowledgable and somehow able to even get an overweight, unmotivated man to get excited about getting in shape. In the first 3 weeks of training, she was able to help me lose 5 pounds and take an inch of my waist. Now 5lbs might not sound like much, but you have to consider that I was also gaining muscle mass so actual fat loss was probably closer to 8-9lbs. Not Withstanding an old, untreated shoulder injury that has sidelined me for the last week, I am looking forward to the next session. In addition to her professinalism, Jessica offers a wide range of locations to workout, from your own home or apartment gym to a long list of boutique gyms where you can get the work done without the big box gym social scene. All his programs are based on your body type current weight and metabolism. He understands your strengths and weaknesses. Excellent experience since last 18minths. I lost 22Lb and 6 inches. I would recommend Tray if you are really looking for complete body and mind training.
AMAZING. He really pushed my to my limit, and is an awesome motivator when you're struggling. Great knowledge on supplements and how the body works. I feel great every day i work out with him, and the days after! I improved my form significantly, both in technique as well as being strong enough to support my body. Noticeable improvements in my shape in a short time. Fun, great trainer. And DEFINITELY walks the walk.
Alix is an excellent trainer. Not only is he knowledgeable about fitness, he listens carefully to understand what your goals are and what limitations you may have, if any. I'm very serious about getting into shape. I asked Alix to push me hard to the point of complete exhaustion where I couldn't go any longer and now I'm seeing results! He will show no mercy but as the saying goes, "no pain, no gain." In the past I've had trainers that don't pay much attention to you, but not Alix. He monitors every movement you make to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly and not injure yourself. He not only trains you, he teaches you. He is also very friendly and easy to talk to. He will answer any questions you might have. I would highly recommend Alix as your personal trainer.
I have had some bad experiences with various personal trainers, and I had some trepidations about hiring a another. I spent a lot of time interviewing trainers and decided to go with Britian, and I have been more than pleased with the results. He is is extremely postive, professional, and knowledgeable.
I really like working out in private versus a busy gym. Hanya can tailor the exercises to your needs and abilities each session. Every workout is different so you are always challenged. Hanya has been great for motivating me to stick to a diet and exercise program. .
