Chef and the Host provided an amazing 5 course menu for our first family dinner party since the pandemic began. It was a really big deal for us since we stayed fairly isolated to protect a vulnerable family member. What a special evening! Karen worked with us to get everything prepared before hand, and the day of, all we had to do was get the house set! They were super cool about our pandemic precautions, worked with my food restrictions (which are ridiculous), and designed an amazing menu for us. Karen set a beautiful table, provided custom printed menus, and created a wonderful atmosphere for our event. The food was excellent, with some fun surprises and Chef Will gave us a quick rundown of each course as it was presented. It was so wonderful, I think next time I will have to do a better job of selecting wines so we can do a full wine pairing dinner - it was in-line with some of the best tasting menus we've experienced. I have so much gratitude for Chef and the Host for helping us celebrate this December - it was truly a marvelous experience!! Thank you!

Chef Adam and his assistant were so amazing to work with! I hired them to cook a private dinner for 10 to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We had 3 courses with Sea Bass and Filets as our main course. It was truly one of the best meals we’d ever had. The service was phenomenal! It was great...Brittany and Samantha...made us a delicious 5 course meal...they served the apps (2 different Bruschettas) at the pool and then Heirloom Tomato Caprese. Then we had Eggplant Parmesan, Whitefish with Mushroom Risotto and Asparagus and last but not least dessert of Ice Cream on Puffed Pastry with Caramel sauce...all of the courses included wine pairings. They were very personable and we had a wonderful time! I can't say enough about how professional and accommodating they were with 12 women on Girls Weekend. They left all the remaining wine, ingredients and leftovers. And we all felt like friends when it was time for them to leave. Thanks Chefs!

Jessica made a great job at our party, cooking Asian vegan food, 5 small dishes for 30 people. Everybody loved the food, it was simply delicious.We were very impressed by her, and many guest wanted her info. The dessert was to die for, a coconut cream tart. Jessica was very professional to work with - she stepped in here with her prepped food and finished it in our kitchen - calm and efficient. She is very well organized, had planned perfectly ahead and she was sweet and nice to have around at the party.She came with great ideas for the party that wasn't about the food too. We look forward to having her as our personal chef again and can highly recommend her to anyone with those needs!
