Latest Review: Jeremy has been a fantastic personal trainer! I had prior neck & shoulder injuries which made me apprehensive about strength training & working out. He is very knowledgable and able to help me workout safely while still pushing me to be my best. So glad I chose NJoy Fitness :-)

Latest Review: I've been going to Body Transformations for a little over a month now and I'm really happy with it. You can choose between group classes or one-on-one sessions to fit your schedule and budget. Anthony makes sure that your form is correct and that you're constantly being pushed so you get the most out of every workout. He also provides nutrition recommendations to complement what you're doing in the gym, and is happy to answer questions about it. Overall, I would highly recommend Anthony at Body Transformations to anyone looking for a personal trainer. The workouts are fun and even in just a month I can already tell I'm getting stronger!

Latest Review: Here’s a small background about myself to provide a little extra validity to my review on Balance Performance Fitness: I am a certified Athletic Trainer and am familiar with body mechanics, injury prevention, nutrition, health & wellness, exercise, etc. Ben worked with me consistently for about two months - still is involved with my workout routines whenever a little extra help is needed. Anyways, for those of you who are looking for a personal trainer, I highly recommend choosing Balance Performance Fitness to work with Ben. Overall he is a great coach who focuses on what your individual needs are specifically. He is able to challenge you in a positive way, and give you direct answers/reasons to any questions you have concerning your health or goals. Unlike other personal trainers that I’ve worked with where they either talk in circles, or use the same workout plan for every client; Ben strives in building a good rapport with you to be sure he is able to meet your expectations on your personal fitness goals. My experience having Ben as a coach was phenomenal. I have always struggled with putting in the work to strengthen my lower body - wether it was just pure lack of focus, no motivation, and just out of ideas for workouts that really blasted my muscles. While working with Ben I was able to overcome all of that and hit new PR’s (personal records) in all aspects. From front squat, backsquat. Deadlifts, to bench press, pull-ups etc. you name it. I have been the strongest I have ever been after just having Ben as my coach for two months, pushing me and finding ways to target my specific goals. So again, if you want to hit your fitness goals and have been struggling with them, I suggest just take that next step and at least talk to Ben to see if he will be a good fit for you. One word of advice though, if you do hire him, be sure you are ready to put in the work. There are no such thing as ‘excuses’ when it comes down to training with Ben and I think that is what makes him a remarkable personal trainer.

Latest Review: Maryliah is an amazing personal trainer. I have been working out with her for 6 months, and my body and mind are so much better for it! She is a great coach: encouraging, supportive, enthusiastic. She customizes workouts to meet my goals, makes accommodations if I have an injury, and makes it fun! She focuses a lot on good form, which is so important for weight lifting. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!

Latest Review: Corbin had been my personal trainer for one and a half year, his excellent and positive ways of training really works for me, I have achieved a lot of things I think I couldn't do before. Even though now I'm training on my own but I still always remember what he said to me and it keeps me motivated!! He really knows what he is doing and work differently with each of his client and very good at targeting the main focus on my goals.

Latest Review: I've worked with a number of personal trainers and Dave has been by far the best and most memorable. He's knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. Common sense approach, yet it's clear there is depth behind his work. Highly recommended.

Latest Review: I've been working with Nick for some time now. He's a great personal trainer who is personable, helpful, and above all, knowledgable. I mean, this guy knows his stuff! He has helped me realize how my diet and work-out habits affect my overall health. I've noticed a change in my body over the 12 weeks I trained with Nick (less fat...15 lb loss actually, more definition + more muscle...10 lb gain), but I've also noticed a change in how I view the food I eat and the way in which I work-out. I have Nick to thank for that. I also want to add that I had never had a personal trainer before - and I was quite nervous about getting one (the judgment, the guilt, blah, blah, ya know), but Nick has made me feel great; he is extremely supportive and understands my concerns without dismissing them. It was a true gift to find him! I'm glad that I found him! He's been able to help an average, timid guy like me gain some self-confidence while looking and feeling amazing!

Latest Review: Daniel is an amazing personal trainer. He works with you to create a diet that suits your athletic goals and pairs it with a work out to do the same. He always stays up to date with the latest health information in order to always have the best possible results from your work out. If you are working with weights he puts most emphasis on form so you do not get injured. All in all I have had a more than excellent experience working with Daniel and continue to do so each time I work with him.
