My father was a cook and he along with my mom, entertained anyone who walked into our house with southern hospitality. I have always love that about them. I started learning when I was 11 years old by cooking eggs when my mom would get out of work.
Despite the usual challenges of having bad dinners, Lionel Flores Jr continues to provide excellent food, ambiance, and service to clients for them to get the luxurious feeling of eating in a restaurant, yet within the comforts of their home.
The most effective way to keep my clients happy is to offer my clients a unique experience that they will not experience anywhere else, and to treat every dish with the special care it deserves. I am able to do this by not cooking for parties more than 25 people.
Lionel shares that his clients vary from the conservative to the rowdy types so he believes that he should be able to know the event and adjust properly to the clients present so as to provide high quality services. He enjoys interacting with everyone so every project he has is special for him. When cooking, he likes people watching, asking questions, and being entertained.
